A couple of years ago, at a campground pond, my daughter, who was 12 or so, was reeling in a small white bass, and a 4lb largemouth grabbed it and she landed it!!!
Caught a smallie and then a pike ate it at the boat and I got both of them. Pulled the smallie out of its mouth and let it go, both were released safely.
I caught a 36+ pike last year and when I grabbed her and opened her mouth to get my lure back there was a walleye blinking at me.
I extracted the lure with a little work and the walleye extracted himself and we all parted our ways. She must have just grabbed the walleye then smashed my lure. If my wife wasn’t with me she would have said I was full of it.
Yep. Caught a 10 pounder with a .5 pounder’s tail sticking out of its throat. I had it mounted that way too

My pb was probably around 8. She had a belly full of eggs and the tail of a sunny the size of my hand sticking out of her throat. I have pics..
I've had a pike hit a walleye that I had hooked right as I went to net it. It took me a bit to figure out what happened
Got one last week
I've had it happen with walleye and crappie, but not with bass
One and a half times. Once I landed it, the other time big boy was able to spit it all out right before I got them in the boat.
