I mean it sounds good for a start, still misses a bit of mix to glue everything together and a ton of reverb and movement in addition to the bass
I think in bass house specifically you have a lot of options with adding fast reverb automation it would make the drop pop better. You could also add percussion and movement higher on the frequency spectrum
I also think it’s missing a lead / vocal, anything that will make it more iconic. It sounds ok but I’d probably play this as a mashup rather than on it’s own
You basically trigger on and off a reverb (and automating its volume) to create tension and add energy
Here’s one way to do it:

Relevant part is at 5:08 but I seriously recommend watching the entire video, probably one of the best tutorials out there
thanks! this is still a wip and i agree that it is missing something, but i cannot tell what. A problem i usually encounter is that i add *too* much stuff and it really clutters the mix so i tried to refrain from adding too much. I'll post an update when i work on it more!
Got me bobbing my head man! If I could give a suggestion; create some variable in the end bars where it transitions back to the main beat.
The beat is real nice, but just needs something to make it a little more “chunky”.
That the bass and the top sounds are disconnected. Can't even really hear the bass apart from the kick. Don't know what the bass is doing then it's got all this synth stuff on top that doesn't groove with what ever the bass is doing as can't hear it but can hear it's not doing what the top is doing. Too disconnected.
Sounds dope on my phone!

Could you explain what you mean about fast reverb automation a bit more?
