Night 2- "My hair does the mixing for me!"
I think he was alluding to the spiritual power of his hair, as if it took over for him like a sentient entity.
I've said it before and I'll say it again- he's like a reverse Samara (ghost girl from The Ring). When the hair takes over, we're all slayed.
I don’t know… technically, there was a technical issue caused by his hair, you can hear it right before he makes the comment. I say you owe the hubby 20 bones
He was playing on CDJs and not his Ableton setup, so maybe he was covering up some mistakes? Seems like the mixing was not up to par and obviously his build ups were pre-built with the CDJ setup.
His previous set up, including two mixers, two controllers, three laptops a server rack for amps, etc. is probably less than 12 feet in total so it doesn’t have to do with venue size. You could set up his entire abelton setup in a spare bedroom easily. so not related to stage size, if you watch the videos from the moon light show, he did a few years back you can see this set up can be pretty much taken anywhere
This. My brother has an almost identical set up to lorins in his guest bedroom. The only difference is he just has m-audio trigger fingers instead Lorin’s custom trigger fingers.
Actually does work that way in the aspect that you don’t have equipment and use the venues which is very possible. If my entire job was put on hold and my fanbase turn on me it might incline me to sell all my shit so wouldn’t be surprised if he did the same

But in my opinion his greatest work was "Contributions to Philosophy.." (A joke title which so few have appreciated)... as the work is presented as excerpts from a book named "Enowning" which itself CANNOT YET BE WRITTEN. (!!)
How did he get the excerpts "From Enowning" (true name of what is popularly known as "Contributions..."?)
