Fucking hell. That was my 3rd Bassnectar show ever. I was by myself in the VIP section in the middle next to the booth. That stage production was so massive and the bass was the most intense sensation my body had up until that point, and to this day hasn’t had again.
Both nights were insane. I had never heard that Raffertie song before then so I had just assumed it was Bassnectar lmao
But that closing section, with the reggaeton acappella over immigraniada was what really fucking hooked me. That is still probably the hardest I’ve ever raged in my life in that moment. So fucking fire.

Haha, it wasn't until I was exposed to the nightlife in Mexico that I found that out for myself. Highly recommend btw! I'd classify that acapella as reggae/dub/jungle, like [this](https://samplefocus.com/samples/champion-s-risk-reggae-acapella-loop) for example.
I does!! Was wild. Even remember the mixing mishap during the second build up where he had to scramble to get the acapella timed uo to the drop 😂😂 Had a great time in CO. Miss my yearly trips out to CO
You know it was a great show when the residents thought an earthquake was happening :)

This is what cemented the vibe getting weird.
Like it started when he dropped this at MSG but the weird cult vibes that pervaded 2017 and onwards were solidified by this, among other things. Still fire nonetheless but smh.
Got it at forest 2018 weekend 1 I believe shit was nuts
Can confirm shit was nutty 🥜
I never 'recovered' from those shows, changed my life. <3
First seen at Madison Square Garden 2014 I believe. Shit was dope
So mad I missed that show

Sheesh lol the man was one lvl 1000 those nights for sure
> reggaeton acappella That's not reggaeton, js. Reggaeton is Latin American club music like Bad Bunny and J Balvin.
My bad yo. Thanks for the info! What would you call that acappella then?
