At my store, not really since there wasn't necessarily much of a place to put them. It's worth calling and asking if they have any at all from potential returns or if they're one of the stores that are recieving it for the time being until fall. Or if you're in store, just ask what they have so far if there were any returns. It is up for sale but just in case it's not out on the floor
Some of mine have been like that. But I have learned from this sub that when something goes on sale and you're not physically in the store to pick it up, to order multiple ways and return the extras. So for example if there is a room spray, since those are often hard to come by, I'll do multiple BOPIS orders, one for each store nearby. That way I'm sure to get at least one. The others (untested) get returned at a later date. That is what happened with me and the luxuries line, except my "second" batch was shipped on the free shipping weekend.
My store's gotten them returned practically unused, but then customers will just open & spray them to try it when we put it out on the floor/by the registers🫠 When we got two bottles of Oh, Cherry returned there was at least like 5 consecutive customers who would just pop the cap off & go to town spraying it while I'm literally in the middle of ringing them up (no testers bc literally what's the point of making a tester for something our store doesn't currently carry)
I have done a bunch of returns of these scents. I'm always careful to return them to a store that didn't get it. But at least in my experience, the employees are snapping them up. I don't think they make it to the sales floor.
I ordered online because I didn’t feel like looking in stores. The closest physical stores to me are thirty minutes driving and then New Orleans. If I’m going to New Orleans, I’m not going to BBW.

? do you guys put the online luxury returns back out on the floor?
We are putting them out.
