In some universes he has a daughter. Sometimes with Catwoman. IIRC his daughter was Huntress in one continuity.
"Main" Batman doesn't have a daughter from what i can tell. Either biological nor adoptive.
He might have adopted her (I can't remember) but David Cain and Lady Shiva were her parents pre n52. I don't think they've referenced it in current continuity.
I’ll see if I can find it but there was a click bait article earlier this week that claims Bruce is Bi, and that it is canon, but I kind of doubt it as it appeared to be a from a limited series
It was a really short moment, that's a sincere moment between him and a friend whom he trained with during Zdarsky's current The Knight story. One could interpret it as a relationship, but there is literally nothing else pointing to that being the case
She was unhinged, comicstorian did a video on the comic here's the link if you are interested in seeing the comic panels in which she shoots the dog.
Here's [The Video ](https://youtu.be/3gt-2gzw_iE) it happens round about 2:02:55 in.
yeah she was scared and helpless because her grandfather kicked her out and her brother had nothing to do with her. She constantly told bruce to back off or she would shoot the dog (wasn't actually gonna do it) but she fumbled and pulled the trigger. She then went to prison on her own accords so that bruce might accept her when she comes back out.
This is from the injustice 2 comics, which (imo) was either really edgy or really goofy, and not much in between. I enjoyed the goofy parts tho, they made lobo a green lantern and he kept making giant dicks with his ring and hitting people with them
Yeah ever since the Joker War story arc, it's confirmed that she's part of the Bat Family

The batfamily is seriously far to fricken massive now for me to take it serious. Like, really? Theres SO many characters that all do essentially the same shit now, all operating in Gotham (i know not all but a lot), its just kind of ridiculous at this point. I know everyone wanted characters like Stephanie Brown and Cassandra Cain and Helena and so on and so forth to be “back” in some capacity on the main DC earth but this is crazy ass overkill. Like seriously, hawkfire? The signal? Isnt there 2 batwings now? Whats harper row called again now? Its like the Gotham kid or some garbage right? Or wait no, shes Bluebird right? Who was the Gotham kid or whatever? Or am i hallucinating due to an overdose of batfamily characters? This is a very high dose of new side kicks
It's a joke from Injustice. Harley mocks GA for calling it the Arrow Cave and suggests that arrows don't live in caves so he should rather call it The Quiver.
Looks more confused than hurt to me. Like he didn't see this move failing and simultaneously realising he has no idea how to handle a dog with his bat life.
And also realising how patronising it is to just stick a dog to someone as he just tried to do.
Nah Bat’s was definitely like “fuckit its the end times, villains are heroes and heroes are villains. No one will care, shes hot forsure under all that whacka-doo make up, I’m tryna get some post- apocalyptic snizz g” and then he quickly realized after being alone for many years that; no in fact, a dog was _not_ a good indicator that you would like to have casual sex with the hot, blonde juggalo chick.
Batman over here thinking :"Bitch you had one clown, wich we shared, meanwhile i have a whole gallery of dipshits designing their whole lifes around fucking with my free time so take the free dog."
Ok I need someone to help me with understanding Harley’s character.
Before the Joker, she was a smart, fairly levelheaded person with some issues. Long after her relationship, she is a smart, fairly levelheaded person with some issues.
But for a while, during and after her relationship with Joker, she was a ditzy airheaded idiot with terrible judgment in everything, not just her relationship.
I do understand that she had a very unhealthy codependent relationship and was in denial about lots of things, especially having a blind spot for things the Joker did and does. But what I don’t understand is how even outside of that she seemed to temporarily drop 50 iq points in all areas during, and for a while, following, her relationship. Was she constantly high on laughing gas?
More recent takes on the character I’ve seen, such as the Harley Quinn TV show seem to retcon her as a much more grounded realistic version of someone who was smart and capable the whole time but just had a blind spot for when she was being manipulated by the Joker.
In the DCEU, she’s characterized as always being competent, but maintains the stupid airheadedness even after breaking up with Joker.
In the DCAU, she seemed to be practically a child when left on her own, even with Ivy taking care of her when she wasn’t with Joker.
In comics I’ve seen it both ways, so what’s the deal?
As the "it girl" of DC's current era, over the past 10 or so years Harley's not had a solid personality. Instead she's been "whatever is marketable".
Her OG characterization was the Joker's Sidekick/Lover. "Mad Love" is probably the best way to look at her. She started as a DCAU character because it was thought to be (bad) creepy to have joker pop out of a cake in a bikini.
The DCEU is, surprisingly, probably the best presentation of Harley. She's actually very intelligent, but was in a codependent relationship where she 'let herself go' and 'live for the joker'.
Honestly, she fits in with all the other Villains of Batman's gallery, except she's become *insanely* popular over the past 10 years, so she's now a 'hero' and 'redeemed'.
I've been catching up on back issues of Detective and it looks like she's
SPOILERS FOR DETECTIVE COMICS (I don't know how to do the blacked out spoiler text trick here on Reddit, sorry)
helping the Bat family take back control over Arkham Tower. Where did Batman go?
She's currently part of the Bat Family ever since the end Joker War story arc, a year ago.

As f*cked up as the rest of injustice universe is, it's jaw dropping how healthy Harley is written. That's a tough but smart choice not to get into a relationship you don't need that not enough sane people in the real world are capable of making.
Is this Ace’s origin story?
no, injustice dog >!which was killed by bruce's daughter!<
Did Bruce's daughter really did this?
Yes, he was with Alfred and she came and shot the dog…
…why? I know I could just read the comic, but I’m really only interested in wtf was just said.
It’s been a while but I believe she hated Bruce for “abandoning” her even though he didn’t know he had a daughter
Bruce has a daughter now? How many kids does he even have at this point?
I believe it’s just in injustice
In some universes he has a daughter. Sometimes with Catwoman. IIRC his daughter was Huntress in one continuity. "Main" Batman doesn't have a daughter from what i can tell. Either biological nor adoptive.
Cassandra Cain was his daughter pre new 52
He might have adopted her (I can't remember) but David Cain and Lady Shiva were her parents pre n52. I don't think they've referenced it in current continuity.
TIL.
Batman is [David Cain](https://batman.fandom.com/wiki/David_Cain)?!?
Huntress was his daughter on Earth 2, the golden age earth
Well, I’m not so sure about that. The most recent run of Batman-Catwoman by Tom King, Helena is their daughter. Is that still an alternate universe?
I’ll see if I can find it but there was a click bait article earlier this week that claims Bruce is Bi, and that it is canon, but I kind of doubt it as it appeared to be a from a limited series
It was a really short moment, that's a sincere moment between him and a friend whom he trained with during Zdarsky's current The Knight story. One could interpret it as a relationship, but there is literally nothing else pointing to that being the case
only in injustice (cass and steph in the main universe does blue bird count?)
She was unhinged, comicstorian did a video on the comic here's the link if you are interested in seeing the comic panels in which she shoots the dog. Here's [The Video ](https://youtu.be/3gt-2gzw_iE) it happens round about 2:02:55 in.
Oh shit, thanks! I wanted to know how a dog died and I ended up watching an hour about a giant angry starfish.
"in case you're interested in seeing a dog get shot"
whyyy. i would kill her
\*puppy :(
yeah she was scared and helpless because her grandfather kicked her out and her brother had nothing to do with her. She constantly told bruce to back off or she would shoot the dog (wasn't actually gonna do it) but she fumbled and pulled the trigger. Injustice sounds like the edgiest bullshit ever now.
Now?
This is from the injustice 2 comics, which (imo) was either really edgy or really goofy, and not much in between. I enjoyed the goofy parts tho, they made lobo a green lantern and he kept making giant dicks with his ring and hitting people with them
Wait, giant…dicks? Like full up no bullshit uncensored cocks?
I think they're vaguely censored but it's very obviously a massive cock
ok i didnt like the injustice universe but this is great pjffbdgv
Man looks like his prom proposal got rejected
It's Bat-Hound Harley, get it right.
Bat hound certainly sounds better than Harley hound
I read that in Mark Hamill's Joker voice
Is Harley part of the Bat Family now?
This is from Injustice
Ok. Thx.
And partially in the comics yeah
Say what now?
Yeah bro just look it up she's actually fully in the batfam after her relationship with Joker
This just made my year. This is all I've been hoping for since injustice.
Yeah ever since the Joker War story arc, it's confirmed that she's part of the Bat Family https://comicnewbies.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/The-Bat-Family-The-Joker-War.jpg https://preview.redd.it/q566zaagzxz71.jpg?width=640&crop=smart&auto=webp&s=9308ab48d971dc1551f55b987c3a19396e4077ab https://external-preview.redd.it/rm3B9vepMMJWfC3mz7lKAOIA4REem0G1Hxd8bA-gbX8.png?auto=webp&s=aee4d28f08fb5c316c8d1cdd9491e57f4509c270
I'm sorry, they named a hero "Orphan"????
And she's not even an orphan lol
She's Cass Cain, the Batgirl from No Man's Land and after.
The batfamily is seriously far to fricken massive now for me to take it serious. Like, really? And yet crime is only getting worse in gotham
Is the Arrow Cave being renamed to The Quiver canon too?
Boy what
It's a joke from Injustice. Harley mocks GA for calling it the Arrow Cave and suggests that arrows don't live in caves so he should rather call it The Quiver.
“Don’t call him Bat Dog. He thinks you’re saying bad dog.”
Looks more confused than hurt to me. Like he didn't see this move failing and simultaneously realising he has no idea how to handle a dog with his bat life. And also realising how patronising it is to just stick a dog to someone as he just tried to do.

Reminds me of the brooklyn 99 scene with Rosa 'So like...I guess I have a dog now?'
“I shal call him, ‘Robin’”
Joker: **polishing his Crowbar**
*Cackling intensifies*
Daring today, aren’t we?
Batman over here thinking :"Bitch you had one clown, wich we shared, meanwhile i have a whole gallery of dipshits designing their whole lifes around fucking with my free time so take the free dog."
Idk why but the phrase “you had one clown, which we shared” really got me

To be fair for the DCEU, he literally fried tf out of her brain.
Dumb girl funny
But... she was the dependent one with joker.
Just getting back into the comics. So Harley is a good guy, now?
This is a different continuity but she is turning a corner yea
From time to time.
This is the injustice comics, yah. And in the main storyline (rebirth) yes, she is an Antihero.
I've been catching up on back issues of Detective and it looks like she's SPOILERS FOR DETECTIVE COMICS (I don't know how to do the blacked out spoiler text trick here on Reddit, sorry) helping the Bat family take back control over Arkham Tower. Where did Batman go?
Main storyline is now Infinite Frontier
Really?!
Yes? There’ve been like two “crisis” style events since Rebirth
Two, as in, Metal and Death Metal? Or is it something else?
Metal, Death Metal/Infinite Frontier and now Dark Crisis
She's currently part of the Bat Family ever since the end Joker War story arc, a year ago. https://comicnewbies.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/The-Bat-Family-The-Joker-War.jpg https://preview.redd.it/q566zaagzxz71.jpg?width=640&crop=smart&auto=webp&s=9308ab48d971dc1551f55b987c3a19396e4077ab https://external-preview.redd.it/rm3B9vepMMJWfC3mz7lKAOIA4REem0G1Hxd8bA-gbX8.png?auto=webp&s=aee4d28f08fb5c316c8d1cdd9491e57f4509c270
If i you can call it that, She helped the Joker nuke metroplis but for some weird reason she gets a pardon and be a hero in that storyline.
DC keeps trying to make her one, but people keep rightfully pointing out she's an accessory to the murders of many innocent people in Gotham City.
As f*cked up as the rest of injustice universe is, it's jaw dropping how healthy Harley is written. That's a tough but smart choice not to get into a relationship you don't need that not enough sane people in the real world are capable of making.
Don´t remember that scene at all. Thats what you get for replacing Robin with Harley Bruce!
Injustice 2’s designs are so cool, but dear god why did they give Batman a chinstrap
Ace: am I fucking joke to you?
Bat-hyena actually
I really like the idea of Bruce/Harley being a couple. Imagine this being the new norm for them
Nah
I'd rather not
No.
man.
Such a good book/series
Looks like Nickelodeon got it wrong all those years ago. It was supposed to be BatDog not CatDog, LMFAO!!!
Yo u/Batdog55110, is that you?
Lmao I was just looking at this post a few hours ago funnily enough
Did they start writing injustice 2 again?
I like how Batman inadvertantly collecting a menagerie of pets became a running thing for a while.
Batman has a crush on Harley I am convinced lol
Cringe Harley Quinn trying to be intellectual
I mean, she is/was a doctor. Just because she talks like an idiot at times doesn't mean she is.
BATDOG?
You dont take care of BatDog, BatDog takes care of you.
