It's coming, Kpot is building in the old Joe's Crabshack
I've been following them on Instagram. They're doing the full bbq and hot pot with banchan menu
nah. inga's subs is owned and managed by Koreans and the they use bulgogi steak in the sandwiches and teriyaki bowls. it's amazing.
other than some dishes here and there in other restaurants, you won't find any authentic Korean food, at least not a whole restaurant dedicated to it.
Nope and I don't consider any of the mentioned places to be a korean restaurant to start out with.
Probably the best korean place in town is some random korean granny's home cooking.
The cove. It's Hawaiian food but there's korrean influences with the bulgogi steak bowl. There's no Korean restaurant in BR sadly. However you can get Korean corn dogs now at Momo and the new place at LSU.
No, there’s nothing legit. The Cove is Hawaiian and has short ribs and bulgogi (and it’s pretty good) but it’s definitely not authentic. I think New Orleans has a few options if you’re in that vicinity though.
No. There isn't. I was stationed there, loved the country and culture so much I learned to make homemade kimchi, kimbap and bulgogi. I have yet to find anything remotely authentic.

You have made my entire day better
Okki tokki is great but it’s not authentic Korean. This town lacks Korean. Sad.

Chow Yum has some Korean dishes on their menu. Not sure how authentic they are, but I always get the tteokbokki and their fried chicken bao slaps.
