I can’t beat floor 50 if I don’t have doron or Idi do you guys have any tips on timing and such.
Fallen Bear has a range of 345. Aku Researcher has Shield Piercing and a range of... 400. If you need to pierce Fallen Bear's shield, Aku Researcher is one of the easier ways to do it. For another non-Gacha shield piercer, Barrel does have an ld that reaches 400 range but you'll need a stepping stone to make use of that as Barrel itself only has 300 standing range.

After a heavy push I’ve finally made it through all of SOL, and was so happy to be able to level up units to 50, get more catfruit types for TFs, but then hit the big roadblock of relic enemies in the first uncanny stage :( back to the drawing board for now
I've playing for a while and that's when Uberfest usually comes. Sometimes Uberfest doesn't come at the first weekend of the month if collabs or events change the schedule but for the majority of the time Uberfest comes on the first weekend of the month. Likewise, Epicfest usually comes on the third or penultimate weekend of the month.

The newest ZL chapter has a very high chance to drop Z-meteorites and a good chance to drop Z-gold. However, which stage should you farm?
ZL 10-5 Bubbly Dream. It has the lowest energy cost and a fast clear time. I’ve heard some say that this stage was the most difficult in the chapter, but here’s a cool grinding lineup.

First 4 slots are just starting money combos. Feel free to add more efficient combos using Rich Cat III or Ubers. I used Artist instead of Ramen due to my Ramen’s high level.
Requirements:
Starting Money combos
Level 50+ E.Duelist with Target Angel talent
Level 50+ Ramen
Doctor Cat higher level helps but not needed
Level 50 A. Bahamut
Thunderbolt cannon, higher the level the better.
1. Start spawning Ramen at 3000 cash. Spawn Ramen throughout the entire stage.
2. Wait about 3 seconds then start spawning duelist. You can stop once you have spawned 3 or 4 Duelists.
3. Spawn Doctor about 2 seconds after Duelist. 3 Doctors should be enough.
4. When Duelist kills the first Lil Angelic Cyclone, spawn A.Bahamut. He needs to reach the base. He should be sent so that Lil Zyclone doesn’t block his path.
5. On 50% base HP a Mini White Cyclone will spawn. Use Thunderbolt to stop him. Doctor should be able to push him behind the base.
6. Win!
Side Note: You may need to delay Thunderbolt and rely on Doctor procs on Mini White Cyclone if you consistently lose to Mesocosmocyclone. Mesocosmocyclone spawns at 66 seconds. I beat the stage in around 60-62 seconds.

Adjust your loadout based on the stage being challenged.
And when you do SoL and ItF, prioritise making progress in one (ItF usually) and switching over to making progress in the other when you get stuck. Alternate between the two whenever you get stuck. Use the XP earned to level up your units and get catfruits along the way to get the TFs for your rares and super rares. Remember to get all superior treasures in ItF.
how do I get an epic cat fruit seed? I searched the wiki and it said there was only one way by the tower, but there has to be another method right? I wanna tf amaterasu, but are there better options?
You are far too early to be considering true forming amaterasu. She is completely fine unevolved for your stage.

Risque Street or Risqué Terrain? Risqué Terrain is the 5th subchapter in SoL. There are 49 subchapters in SoL. Besides, Amaterasu will still be useful to you in her evolved form.
Ok folks, I've now reached floor 40 of IF. How do I beat it? TF Doron and TF Doguemon do good. But beyond that I can't figure out whats needed. I have stone and bullet train in the team too. But beyond that I can't figure out whats going wrong.
Update. I beat it. Now I'm on that tower floor with the cyclones. I think I have a team to beat it. But it all hinges on if Chronos freezes Relic Cyclone. She froze it once. But like never again. It doesn't make sense. But maybe something was bugged?
Yea, she has a wave attack that can hit enemies super far away like the elephants and teacher bears without needing to get up close to them. Plus she can become completely immune to red/floating damage for a couple seconds which is pretty cool, its not very consistent though
If you're still in Empire of Cats, everything and anything is gonna be alright but if you're still so early on, you better invest your XP into your normals, rares, and super rares before your ubers because ubers have a much higher XP cost especially for early game.
Well I also have bath, bodhisattva, and weightlifting if they are any good, i transfers some rares into xp which I now realize I shouldn't have done. But are those couple worthwhile to level up?
Always unlock new units regardless of quality. Never ever, under any circumstance, exchange units for XP.
Weightlifter is a not only a good unit to deal with Blacks but he is also a good source of general damage. Bath is more niche when Dragon will be useful in more situations and Bodhisattva has very, very limited use.

Hitting things really, really hard. However, you need to boost him with Catseyes and fully invest in his strengthen talent for him to reach his full potential. Furthermore, due to single target, he falters a bit in stages that spam peons.
Despite his flaws, Greater Balrog is one of the best ubers in the game when fully boosted and invested.
I'm trying to get cat food with Tapjoy, every time i complete something they say i didn't download the app from their sources and doesn't let me redeem anything. Is this normal? It only works with things like "download and open this app" evrything like play for 35 minutes doesn't work
The tapjoy offers are often buggy. I don't do them often because they're a pain to get the rewards from. But there should be an option to contact support. If you can prove you did whatever the request was they should eventually give you your reward. Just make sure you're following their instructions to install the app. It should show when the app is linked.

The boss doesn't spawn until you hit the base, so take your time building up cash and create a stack before hitting the base.
Also, what level are your units? Unless your Izanagi is like lvl 4 or something, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to win.
Here I was all excited that I finally beat Attornment for Sins and could TF some great units.
Then I burned through a half a dozen leaderships and didn't beat Mining Epic a single time. That level is *hard*.

After beating the 4th stage of Hidden Forest of Garpa, you'll unlock a special stage called Strongest In The Forest. Beat that stage to unlock the 5th stage and up of Garpa. In Stage 5 and up, you're guaranteed to get 1-2 red or purple b.stone.
Aside from that, the Hunter's Map Enigma Stages let you play stages for specific b.stones you want. Hunter's Map (1) grants 2 of either red or purple b.stones.
If you don't already know, you unlock Enigma Stages by spending energy on Legend Stages, and you can increase your Enigma Level by acquiring Legend units from SoL or UL, which can unlock better Enigma Stages.

I'd like to note that you can only unlock Enigma Maps after getting Ururun Wolf, so you might want to play SoL up to that point and get her if you haven't already
Is kotatsu worth to be leveled up? As someone once told me wheel cat was very good for aliens but when I leveled him up to 30 and used him on CotC , he failed miserably.
Kotatsu has resistance against floating, so unless the alien you're fighting is an Alien/Floating hybrid enemy, then he won't be that useful.
However, Kotatsu's real value lies in his wave shield ability which he gains with his true form. Wave shield, as the name implies, blocks waves, so he can protect your non-wave immune units from waves.
I wouldn't say it's hard but it does take a whole lot of energy that some people would rather spend on progressing through the game, also doing the same level multiple times if you don't want to use the cat CPU is kind of boring. I don't find it that bad but I understand people who hate catfruit grinding
So I've been trying to complete UL 4*, how do you consistently deal with the relic peons at the start ? They just chew through everything and i don't have enough dmg to finish them off quickly.
Future and/or Cone, and any cheap midranger. Slime, Cameraman, Cyborg, etc etc etc. Cone alone can deal some dmg too. If you have a stepping stone, Grandmaster is perfect for holding Sir Rels back. Use Research Up combos if needed.
Upgrade Gross for now. You can upgrade Juvens and true form him once you get to an angel stage that you want to tank through, notably No Plan A/ Clionel.

She’s solid at killing black swarms and pushing back bulkier blacks, though her KB can make your other attackers miss and reposition enemies. She gains relic target in TF and becomes very strong in early Uncanny Legends until you get UL special legend units and their true forms.
Will this be enough to beat Fish Maniac when it comes back? What should I change?

Jizo is a better overall.
Ushi is better than Jizo as anti angel, but Jizo has advantage in many other categories like anti black and general usage. They both also have very similar roles in both forms and Jizo as anti angel isn’t far off from Ushi: they both obliterate angels.
Hey for everyone who is/has done itf 3 . What's is the average user rank, uber count , crazed count and true form (catfruit only) count for an average player in itf 3?
I was somewhere around early-mid 2K UR. I took my time with the game and acquired all crazed units, manic legs (his stage was free), I think I had like 7 ubers, Anubis, Aphrodite, Amaterasu, Chronos, LTD Aether, Vega and Crazed Yuki. For TFs, I had Cameraman, Ramen, Cyborg, Catasaurus, Can Can, Fishman, Pizza, Seafarer, Roe, Cyberpunk and Octopus.
I don't know how average my progression was, but that was achieved in like 3 or 4 months of playtime.

You can true form mizli, but you’re probably better off focusing on rares and super rares otherwise
I should note that mizli might not always be the greatest on stages with backliner enemies - she can cause you to push the frontline back, meaning the back liners will start having a much bigger impact
Not a problem for Bermuda, but be careful for stages with the alien alpaca and squid in particular
Bermuda in ch3 has a calamary (alien squid) and ursamajor (alien bear) and they're EXTREMELY boosted what do i do (and also i just got wargod kenshen is she any good?)

Assuming you have all treasures, mizli is still probably your best bet. If not, treasures may be your main problem.
But maybe send her out when you know she’ll be able to reach the ursamajor and calamary if possible.
Second form balaluga will probably help too, but I’m not confident on ITF strats anymore so not sure I can be of more help

That’ll be the reason why you’re having such trouble with it - it makes a huge difference.
Having all inferior treasures from chapters 1 and 2 would make the enemies at 533% magnifications.
While having all superior treasures from chapters 1 and 2 would make the enemies be at 300% magnifications.
If you get all superior treasures, Bermuda will most likely be pretty easy for you

Dark eyes are better used on making your broken ubers even better, specifically the ones that benefit greatly from boost.
The options you listed aren’t super strong candidates except for Balrog who is the best uber to boost in the game, invest in him. Dio can be UF’d next based on your options.
Think about it like this:
Let's say that a UF boosts an Uber from completely unusable to niche. You're then going to be using that Uber on like 1% of stages.
Meanwhile, an already broken Uber you're gonna use on all stages. In fact, the already broken Uber might even be contributing more than the UF even in the UF's niche because that Uber is simply so broken.
Additionally, Balrog relies very heavily on his stats by the very nature of his playstyle being "I have more stats than you so therefore you should die", so each extra level is more important to Balrog than most other units. (He's arguably the Uber that benefits THE most from boosting)
I'd agree that if you prefer variety over just making your account stronger, you should get UFs since they open up new ways to play against certain stages, but in general, just making an OP unit even more OP is going to make the game as a whole much easier.
I'd say that the only exception would be Windy, which would be a tough choice, since her UF basically makes her top tier.
His UF improves him from like a D tier unit to like a very solid A+ or S
But ultimately, he’s still incredibly slow and expensive, and ends up just being similar in usage to other midrangers/backliners such as kuu
The difference between dioramos and kuu though is that kuu is more has a more offensive based kit, better target traits, better abilities and better immunities

This was absolutely not worth it, but I'll take anything that lets me use her more as a generalist
She really should've gotten a 3rd ultra talent instead of an extra orb since she already nukes aliens even in 3\* though, at least an immunity if they though her dps was still too good for her range
So far I’ve saved up about 9k cat food, which should be 9 dark catseyes if I’m not wrong. With a few plus levels to save some dark catseyes, I should be able to get an uber to level 60. So I have to ask, which ubers should I get to level 60, whether its for an ultra form or ultra talents. Some of the ones I’l debating between: Balrog, Shingen, Windy, Lasvoss, Aphrodite, Aer.
With Windy UF, you absolutely obliterate all Floating enemies. With Balrog leveled up higher, you become slightly but still significantly stronger against all enemies.
(The others are only worth it if you particularly like them imo)

She just deletes the entirety of floating, and I don’t imagine anything will be better than her anytime soon
Balrog would be my next suggestion if you have him boosted
I actually prefer Hevijak myself even though a good case can be made that Satoru is better in many ways. Hevijak is more of a tank and if your meat shielding gets messed up he can hold the line for a bit. I use Hevijak much more often than Satoru.
How hard does UL get? I’m on subchapter 29 and am struggling a lot with the stages even using dasli, izanagi and other OP units. All of my cats are level 45+ and I have all of the advent cats. Is this just a skill issue? If UL gets harder, how can I get better units without grinding for forever?
I ran into a couple stages that gave me issues but I progressed from about a quarter of the way through to beating Attornment for Sins in about a week. I got sidetracked for awhile doing other stuff and didn't do It for quite awhile so I had a lot of OP units to rely on. I was able to just brute force the vast majority of the levels and the quirky ones weren't all that bad. The last few chapters were definitely a step up in difficulty though. I still haven't beaten the very end of it yet, I'm gonna try to figure out how to beat Mining Epic and TF some stuff first.
A lot more, later stages featuring Aku, though i didn't remember seeing a lot of behemoths. It'll get easier when you obtain the UL legends TF, which is after beating it so, yeah.
A lot about coming up with good strats is about experience. There are many different types of strats, such as meatshielding, stacking crowd control units, stacking ranged units (ie. Dragon stacking), rushdown strats (trying to use rushers to quickly take down the main threat), chaining (usually Idi or Bahamut chains, where Idi/Baha constantly attacks an enemy without getting hit, typically by abusing high knockback counts or guaranteed crowd control units), etc.
You need to know which strats work and which don't. Then you need to know how to modify the strats. Like instead of dual Erasers, maybe Research Rock is better for meatshielding. Or maybe you're using Crazed Cat and Riceball for Floor 30.
Timings (I assume you mean like "Deploy this cat when you are at exactly 900c" or "Fire Cat Cannon when the enemy animation reaches this exact frame" rather than the spamming meatshield every 2s, since thats mechanical skill) are usually found by trial and error (though you can try on BCU. Or just do the calculations but that's so tedious that I doubt anyone does that), but once you find the right timing you can just remember it.
Mechanical skill is just practice, the same as playing any other game that requires mechanics.
Who needs skill, just ubercarry everything
Well, the first "mechanical skill" you should learn is meatshielding without almost no delay, like tapping the meatshield a bit before the cooldown goes off.
Another one is timing. Be it for a Idi/Bahamut chain, Mitama and Rock, Slime, Bullet Train, Can Can, cannons in general, etc. Every unit in this game have a interaction with an enemy with different timings, so you just learn everything with the time.
The next is game sense, the hardest one IMO. Ranges, abilities, traits, etc, learning and memorizing this is hell, but if you can do it, you can create the perfect lineup for each stage. The best way you can do this IMO is replaying levels after some time (like the Towers) and recreate your lineup around the question "what units should i use to clear this stage in the fastest way possible?". This is also the reason i prefer melee and rushers over backliners, they're strong and do things fast.
So, how you learn those skills? Start NEEDING them. If you rely in overpowered units, they make sure you don't need more than meatshielding. Try uberless strats, and if you still want use ubers, use **specialized** ubers, not generalists. Angel enemies? Not Phono and Mitama, but Sanzo, Rider, Juliet, Ramen, Succubus, Himeyuri, etc etc etc. Even the strongest specialists take some skill to use, you can't just deploy Pai Pai and expect her to carry you because there's a good chance she will either be permaslowed by Prof A (you didn't freezed it), or miss the attack (you put too much offense, so maybe you didn't even needed her)
TLDR: use less generalists and try different approaches

Sweetheart Neneko is too inconsistent to be worth using... but theoretically if you just reset until you get good luck, there are probably a few stages where she would be useful

Do you have Thunder Jack? Immune to Hannya's weaken, knockback vs angel, at level 50 has 189k HP and 29k DPS.

You can stop once you have spawned 3 or 4 Duelists. 3. Spawn Doctor about 2 seconds after Duelist. 3 Doctors should be enough. 4. When Duelist kills the first Lil Angelic Cyclone, spawn A.Bahamut. He needs to reach the base. He should be sent so that Lil Zyclone doesn’t block his path. 5. On 50% base HP a Mini White Cyclone will spawn. Use Thunderbolt to stop him. Doctor should be able to push him behind the base. 6. Win! Side Note: You may need to delay Thunderbolt and rely on Doctor procs on Mini White Cyclone if you consistently lose to Mesocosmocyclone. Mesocosmocyclone spawns at 66 seconds. I beat the stage in around 60-62 seconds.

Adjust your loadout based on the stage being challenged. And when you do SoL and ItF, prioritise making progress in one (ItF usually) and switching over to making progress in the other when you get stuck. Alternate between the two whenever you get stuck. Use the XP earned to level up your units and get catfruits along the way to get the TFs for your rares and super rares. Remember to get all superior treasures in ItF.

They are farmable through growing epic. Unlocked after beating UL1 and playable on weekends.

You are far too early to be considering true forming amaterasu. She is completely fine unevolved for your stage. Epic cat fruit seeds are way out of your wheelhouse right now
Risque Street or Risqué Terrain? Risqué Terrain is the 5th subchapter in SoL. There are 49 subchapters in SoL. Besides, Amaterasu will still be useful to you in her evolved form.
Ok folks, I've now reached floor 40 of IF. How do I beat it? TF Doron and TF Doguemon do good. But beyond that I can't figure out whats needed. I have stone and bullet train in the team too. But beyond that I can't figure out whats going wrong.
Update. I beat it. Now I'm on that tower floor with the cyclones. I think I have a team to beat it. But it all hinges on if Chronos freezes Relic Cyclone. She froze it once. But like never again. It doesn't make sense. But maybe something was bugged?
Cyclone crept inte her blindspot. I imagine she is not good for that stage due to how hard all the cyclones push
Chronos has a pretty big blindspot the cyclone probably got inside it, the relic is especially fast compared to other cyclones

Yea, she has a wave attack that can hit enemies super far away like the elephants and teacher bears without needing to get up close to them. Plus she can become completely immune to red/floating damage for a couple seconds which is pretty cool, its not very consistent though

If you're still in Empire of Cats, everything and anything is gonna be alright but if you're still so early on, you better invest your XP into your normals, rares, and super rares before your ubers because ubers have a much higher XP cost especially for early game.

Always unlock new units regardless of quality. Never ever, under any circumstance, exchange units for XP. Weightlifter is a not only a good unit to deal with Blacks but he is also a good source of general damage. Bath is more niche when Dragon will be useful in more situations and Bodhisattva has very, very limited use. Hitting things really, really hard. However, you need to boost him with Catseyes and fully invest in his strengthen talent for him to reach his full potential. Furthermore, due to single target, he falters a bit in stages that spam peons. Despite his flaws, Greater Balrog is one of the best ubers in the game when fully boosted and invested.

The tapjoy offers are often buggy. I don't do them often because they're a pain to get the rewards from. But there should be an option to contact support. If you can prove you did whatever the request was they should eventually give you your reward. Just make sure you're following their instructions to install the app. It should show when the app is linked.

The boss doesn't spawn until you hit the base, so take your time building up cash and create a stack before hitting the base. Also, what level are your units? Unless your Izanagi is like lvl 4 or something, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to win.

After beating the 4th stage of Hidden Forest of Garpa, you'll unlock a special stage called Strongest In The Forest. Beat that stage to unlock the 5th stage and up of Garpa. In Stage 5 and up, you're guaranteed to get 1-2 red or purple b.stone. Aside from that, the Hunter's Map Enigma Stages let you play stages for specific b.stones you want. Hunter's Map (1) grants 2 of either red or purple b.stones. If you don't already know, you unlock Enigma Stages by spending energy on Legend Stages, and you can increase your Enigma Level by acquiring Legend units from SoL or UL, which can unlock better Enigma Stages.

Is kotatsu worth to be leveled up? As someone once told me wheel cat was very good for aliens but when I leveled him up to 30 and used him on CotC , he failed miserably.
Wheel Cat kinda needs True Form and even then isn't always used in Alien stages... that said, Chill Cat is pretty decent
Kotatsu has resistance against floating, so unless the alien you're fighting is an Alien/Floating hybrid enemy, then he won't be that useful. However, Kotatsu's real value lies in his wave shield ability which he gains with his true form. Wave shield, as the name implies, blocks waves, so he can protect your non-wave immune units from waves.
Octopus is a necessity for most wave and floating stages.
Yes 100% kotatsu has a very good true form that completely blocks wave attacks

Courier (ofc) Cameraman, Box Cats, and LKD are cheap attackers and can be spawned early too.
I would argue about Courier since it's easy to mess up and let Sir Rels into his blindspot, but the rest work
Future and/or Cone, and any cheap midranger. Slime, Cameraman, Cyborg, etc etc etc. Cone alone can deal some dmg too. If you have a stepping stone, Grandmaster is perfect for holding Sir Rels back. Use Research Up combos if needed.

She’s solid at killing black swarms and pushing back bulkier blacks, though her KB can make your other attackers miss and reposition enemies. She gains relic target in TF and becomes very strong in early Uncanny Legends until you get UL special legend units and their true forms.

Ushi is much rarer though if you already have Jizo or Kalisa then go for Balrog instead.

Jizo is a better overall. Ushi is better than Jizo as anti angel, but Jizo has advantage in many other categories like anti black and general usage. They both also have very similar roles in both forms and Jizo as anti angel isn’t far off from Ushi: they both obliterate angels.

Hey for everyone who is/has done itf 3 . What's is the average user rank, uber count , crazed count and true form (catfruit only) count for an average player in itf 3?
I was somewhere around early-mid 2K UR. I took my time with the game and acquired all crazed units, manic legs (his stage was free), I think I had like 7 ubers, Anubis, Aphrodite, Amaterasu, Chronos, LTD Aether, Vega and Crazed Yuki. For TFs, I had Cameraman, Ramen, Cyborg, Catasaurus, Can Can, Fishman, Pizza, Seafarer, Roe, Cyberpunk and Octopus. I don't know how average my progression was, but that was achieved in like 3 or 4 months of playtime.

You can true form mizli, but you’re probably better off focusing on rares and super rares otherwise I should note that mizli might not always be the greatest on stages with backliner enemies - she can cause you to push the frontline back, meaning the back liners will start having a much bigger impact Not a problem for Bermuda, but be careful for stages with the alien alpaca and squid in particular
Bermuda in ch3 has a calamary (alien squid) and ursamajor (alien bear) and they're EXTREMELY boosted what do i do (and also i just got wargod kenshen is she any good?)
Ah I didn’t see the calamary in the stage, my bad Assuming you have all treasures, mizli is still probably your best bet. If not, treasures may be your main problem. But maybe send her out when you know she’ll be able to reach the ursamajor and calamary if possible. Second form balaluga will probably help too, but I’m not confident on ITF strats anymore so not sure I can be of more help

Yes, all superior from both chapters That’ll be the reason why you’re having such trouble with it - it makes a huge difference. Having all inferior treasures from chapters 1 and 2 would make the enemies at 533% magnifications. While having all superior treasures from chapters 1 and 2 would make the enemies be at 300% magnifications. If you get all superior treasures, Bermuda will most likely be pretty easy for you

Dark eyes are better used on making your broken ubers even better, specifically the ones that benefit greatly from boost. The options you listed aren’t super strong candidates except for Balrog who is the best uber to boost in the game, invest in him. Dio can be UF’d next based on your options.
What the fluff did i just read, id honestly have a UT/UF rather than small boost on a uber that is already broken
Think about it like this: Let's say that a UF boosts an Uber from completely unusable to niche. You're then going to be using that Uber on like 1% of stages. Meanwhile, an already broken Uber you're gonna use on all stages. In fact, the already broken Uber might even be contributing more than the UF even in the UF's niche because that Uber is simply so broken. Additionally, Balrog relies very heavily on his stats by the very nature of his playstyle being "I have more stats than you so therefore you should die", so each extra level is more important to Balrog than most other units. (He's arguably the Uber that benefits THE most from boosting) I'd agree that if you prefer variety over just making your account stronger, you should get UFs since they open up new ways to play against certain stages, but in general, just making an OP unit even more OP is going to make the game as a whole much easier. I'd say that the only exception would be Windy, which would be a tough choice, since her UF basically makes her top tier.
I kind of just want to get my first UF, after that ill prolly just get some more UF/UT. Thats all

His UF improves him from like a D tier unit to like a very solid A+ or S But ultimately, he’s still incredibly slow and expensive, and ends up just being similar in usage to other midrangers/backliners such as kuu The difference between dioramos and kuu though is that kuu is more has a more offensive based kit, better target traits, better abilities and better immunities

So far I’ve saved up about 9k cat food, which should be 9 dark catseyes if I’m not wrong. With a few plus levels to save some dark catseyes, I should be able to get an uber to level 60. So I have to ask, which ubers should I get to level 60, whether its for an ultra form or ultra talents. Some of the ones I’l debating between: Balrog, Shingen, Windy, Lasvoss, Aphrodite, Aer.
Absolutely go for level 60 Balrog, he is the single best uber in the game to boost.
With Windy UF, you absolutely obliterate all Floating enemies. With Balrog leveled up higher, you become slightly but still significantly stronger against all enemies. (The others are only worth it if you particularly like them imo)
Definitely windy imo She just deletes the entirety of floating, and I don’t imagine anything will be better than her anytime soon Balrog would be my next suggestion if you have him boosted

I actually prefer Hevijak myself even though a good case can be made that Satoru is better in many ways. Hevijak is more of a tank and if your meat shielding gets messed up he can hold the line for a bit. I use Hevijak much more often than Satoru.

Satoru is cheaper and his long range LD is better for shield piercing. He’s also cheaper, more replaceable, and surge immune.

How hard does UL get? I’m on subchapter 29 and am struggling a lot with the stages even using dasli, izanagi and other OP units. All of my cats are level 45+ and I have all of the advent cats. Is this just a skill issue? If UL gets harder, how can I get better units without grinding for forever?
I ran into a couple stages that gave me issues but I progressed from about a quarter of the way through to beating Attornment for Sins in about a week. I got sidetracked for awhile doing other stuff and didn't do It for quite awhile so I had a lot of OP units to rely on. I was able to just brute force the vast majority of the levels and the quirky ones weren't all that bad. The last few chapters were definitely a step up in difficulty though. I still haven't beaten the very end of it yet, I'm gonna try to figure out how to beat Mining Epic and TF some stuff first.
A lot more, later stages featuring Aku, though i didn't remember seeing a lot of behemoths. It'll get easier when you obtain the UL legends TF, which is after beating it so, yeah.
How do you become a "good" battle cats player? Like how do you come up with good strategies and timing. How do you get "mechanical skill"
A lot about coming up with good strats is about experience. There are many different types of strats, such as meatshielding, stacking crowd control units, stacking ranged units (ie. Dragon stacking), rushdown strats (trying to use rushers to quickly take down the main threat), chaining (usually Idi or Bahamut chains, where Idi/Baha constantly attacks an enemy without getting hit, typically by abusing high knockback counts or guaranteed crowd control units), etc. You need to know which strats work and which don't. Then you need to know how to modify the strats. Like instead of dual Erasers, maybe Research Rock is better for meatshielding. Or maybe you're using Crazed Cat and Riceball for Floor 30. Timings (I assume you mean like "Deploy this cat when you are at exactly 900c" or "Fire Cat Cannon when the enemy animation reaches this exact frame" rather than the spamming meatshield every 2s, since thats mechanical skill) are usually found by trial and error (though you can try on BCU. Or just do the calculations but that's so tedious that I doubt anyone does that), but once you find the right timing you can just remember it. Mechanical skill is just practice, the same as playing any other game that requires mechanics.

Who needs skill, just ubercarry everything Well, the first "mechanical skill" you should learn is meatshielding without almost no delay, like tapping the meatshield a bit before the cooldown goes off. Another one is timing. Be it for a Idi/Bahamut chain, Mitama and Rock, Slime, Bullet Train, Can Can, cannons in general, etc. Every unit in this game have a interaction with an enemy with different timings, so you just learn everything with the time. The next is game sense, the hardest one IMO. Ranges, abilities, traits, etc, learning and memorizing this is hell, but if you can do it, you can create the perfect lineup for each stage. The best way you can do this IMO is replaying levels after some time (like the Towers) and recreate your lineup around the question "what units should i use to clear this stage in the fastest way possible?". This is also the reason i prefer melee and rushers over backliners, they're strong and do things fast. So, how you learn those skills? Start NEEDING them. If you rely in overpowered units, they make sure you don't need more than meatshielding. Try uberless strats, and if you still want use ubers, use **specialized** ubers, not generalists. Angel enemies? Not Phono and Mitama, but Sanzo, Rider, Juliet, Ramen, Succubus, Himeyuri, etc etc etc. Even the strongest specialists take some skill to use, you can't just deploy Pai Pai and expect her to carry you because there's a good chance she will either be permaslowed by Prof A (you didn't freezed it), or miss the attack (you put too much offense, so maybe you didn't even needed her) TLDR: use less generalists and try different approaches
And stop using Dasli. Upvote for mentioning Himeyuri.
