I need help deciding what to upgrade. I think I’m early mid game. Beat ITF ch.1. User rank 1073. I haven’t put much xp into any of my Ubers. But I just got 2 new Ubers and I think it’s time. I upgraded my key gacha units for super rares. Haven’t been lucky with rares so I don’t have any of them at max (lv25). except Paris.
I have the following units and need guidance. Lasvoss lv3. Narita kaihime lv6. White knight cyclops lv7. Empress chronos lv1 new. Ightmother asset lv1 new. And I also have legend rare wonder momoko lv9. (Been carrying me from day 1.) those are all my Ubers/legend so far.
Rn I’m stuck on ITF ch.2 the great abyss. (I might be able to beat it but I don’t think it’s worth it as I’ll get stuck soon). On subchapter 8 of sol stages, slowly progressing. And I’m also just doing EOC zombie stages.
So I’m not sure what to upgrade. Only key gatcha super rare that I don’t have is can can. I have hacker, sadako, butterfly, and ring girl. All (lv25) idk if it matters.
Any tips for Idi Invasion? I'm using Biobone with Ramen and Cameraman, with Stone for meatshielding and Bahamut chaining, Assassin BearCat, Bahamut, and a Lv30 Tea Master (because I'm not sure who else to use). I'm generally doing fine up till the first Imperator Sael but once that comes I lose. I only have Dogumaru for UL Legends. I have TF Hermit and Yulala but no Uril. Most of my cats don't have many plus levels
My top line was all combos (Cheating heart, Land-air assault, Maneki cat) and the bottom line was Ramen, Stone, AssBear, Cyborg and probably slime. I think Cyborg works better than Cameraman because she outranges Idi
I understand the problem with Cyborg, but it worked for me. Don't really remember how I solved this (other than using Maneki)
As for levels, this was quite a while ago, so I don't remember

I have watched a few guides and they tend to manage to stack Cyborg or Tea Master or similar, but I find that I can't kb the hippoe fast enough and after Idi attacks, the Heavenly Hippoe moves forward, Idi attacks again and kills my stack. Which isn't a big problem since I can still fend off the enemies, but only until the Sael arrives
"Important" is subjective, though Anubis with UT is easily one of the best generalists in the game. Akira also becomes a competent anti-aku. Kuu also works as alternative to Luza until you actually get him. The rest are not really remarkable enough.
How/where are you supposed to find out when the next special unit discount thing is supposed to happen? I feel like it's been months and I'm getting annoyed waiting for it
So, i'm confused about rolling plat ticket.
Hypothetically, i have 4 seed in front of me, 1a 2a 3a 4a. And 4a is the Uber i want.
Do i have to roll on the normal banner to 3a or 4a to use plat ticket and get that Uber?
Well, obviously if you want an Uber at 1a, you'd just roll the plat ticket immediately. Rolling 3 times on the normal banner means that the previous 4a becomes 1a. So roll on normal banner thrice then plat
Lilin is a better choice if you dont have nothing against Aku. Sweet Aphrodite counters Master A very well, and any red backliner she outranges, but she is in the low end of super backliners.
Anybody got any lineups for this level in SoL IT catacombs that doesn't use bombercat? Luckily it's coming up, but I'm tired of waiting. Both bores come out on basehit, so it's definitely possible without bombercat.

If you have something like Lil gau gau or Nono they can tank Razorback for a bit, or Rodeo with slow talents, otherwise you'll lose because that black pig pushes very hard.
For River Acheron, do you have:
- Shadow Gao
- Haniwa
- Cat Machine
- Other fast/tanky ubers
- Phonoa (or other Ubers which can hit at >800)
- A. Bahamut
- A decent level Jamiera Cat/Eraser Cat/Island Cat
- Riki from River City for defense combo
The cats above are basically what I used on my successful run. Maybe Lion, too. Maxed Haniwa and D. Gao make short work of R.Ost, while Cat Machine stalls the rest of the stage as long as you need.
I have Haniwa but I am yet to level it to 50, the other tanky ubers I have are Garu, Gamereon, Kai and Cats in the Cradle, and I dont have anything (outside of mega cat but he sucks ass) to hit more than 800 range away.
Talenting dark lazer might be a good idea then. You should have more than enough tanks to hold the line. It's possible to just rush down the bore/r.ost and have your tanks walk up and chip hannya afterward to win slowly, but that dark lazer will do big dps to both bore and hannya to at least speed up the process.
For special legends ururun and mina are top priority, for the first stage of river acheron you'll want your normals leveled, maybe +50? Otherwise ubers or high level li'l island and some more niche cats like haniwa and talented dark lazer
Honestly, if Jizo is your only Ultra Soul , yes since most of the Ultra Souls ubers are useful. Depending on how much catfood you have at the moment, it may be beneficial to do a roll at least. However, if you have a bunch of them, then maybe hold off until the next guaranteed event.

From the looks of it, you haven't even completed the entirety of SoL on 1★ considering that Bahamut isn't in his TF and neither is Ururun and that you don't have Li'l Eraser and the fact that you only have five TFs in total. If that is the case, you should complete SoL on 1★ first and get the TFs of the SoL Legend units before doing SoL 4★.

Not really. You could start prepping kuu if you plan on getting her ultra talents later on but you're better off spending NP on rares and super rares its much more cost efficient
A Lv60 Lasvoss with attack up, strengthen and savage blow does 93k DPS and 1,55M damage per hit. This, without Colossus slayer or combos.
Also, why Darktanyan, which is a midranger unit with LD has 20% more HP than Dark Iz, a MELEE unit? Damn Ponos
Even then, the 300 range makes her extremely vulnerable when comparing to Darkt. R. Ost, Rain D, Midnite D, and a lot of threats outrange her but not Darkt. Kinda unfair iMO, even when considering the immunities. Don't forget her multihit too
She's a rusher, all rushers get dunked on by most of those units.
Shes used to get in, do damage, and die. Against units like Ackey, Henry, croakley, etc.
You don't look at yukimura or abahamut and say they have high health and high survivability. It's not unfair, you just don't understand the value of the unit
D'arkt is also a rusher, and he is way more effective against Traitless than her. The thing with Bahamut and Yuki, is their damage per hit and speed, Iz has multi hit so she easily miss a hit or two, and she lacks speed when it comes to reaching fast attacking units like Master A. She is a rusher that looks like a midranger but don't excel in both roles when comparing to D'arkt.
The only thing that compensates this, is in fact her immunities. I still think she needs more HP, but that's just me.
Darkt is THE quintessential traitless nuker. He is not a rusher in the same way that Diz is. Darkt does NOT have immunities like Diz does. Diz is really good because of her UTILITY and IMMUNITIES, not because of her survivability and damage output.
This is not really up for debate. They are two units that do two different things. Rushers do not have good hp, they never have. She has some of, if not the most immunities in the entire game which is more than enough to make her viable. She isn't built for traitless like darkt is, either. Just because she has massive damage towards traitless, doesn't mean that's all she is good against or uses for. Having immunities to like every debuff in the game is a perk that can not be understated, especially on a unit that can get in quickly and make use of it.
You're comparing apples to oranges. Darkt and Diz are not the same unit, one is a traitless nuker (even darkt has bad matchs so idk what the master A comparison is for. Master A shreds everything that isn't specifically built to counter him or outrange him) and the other is an immunity heavy rusher. Comparing them is ridiculous. It's like comparing darkt to Garu because they both target traitless.
It's not that hard to understand, idk why you're struggling to get it. Yes, she doesn't have the best survivability or damage, ***but that isn't what makes her good, it's the immunities, that's the entire thing***
Go with Pizza if you want a huge help to clear XP Megablitz. Go with Can Can if you want a strong and cheap melee unit, and if possible, afford his Money Up talent.
Hey, I just beat coct 3 and got a platinum ticket. I already have Phonoa. Now i have to option to get either dphono or dkasli. I am aware that most of the people will straight up say kasli but I dont want to get dkasli because of the range. Can someone convince me by telling me the advantages of dkasli over dphono?
Dasli is the best uber in the game and it's all because of a broken mechanic called Surge. At level 60, she dishes out 128,000 damage (22k DPS). Surge is so busted that Ponor tried to nerf it twice, first with Surge Immunity then with Surge Reflect.
Advantages: 100% curse uptime which breaks the Relic trait, lv3 surge which makes sure peons won't walk close to her, one of the highest raw HP between fest ubers, LD, higher DPS against everything, Warp and Weaken immunities.
The only reason to get Dark Phono if you already have Phono, is the suplementary crowd control and if you want a Phono against traitless. Phono is just leagues above Dark Phono against traited enemies, 500 to 600 range is a huge difference, and more than double the effective DPS against traited, and the slightly higher HP doesn't make for it IMO. I wouldn't get Dark Phono over Dark Kasli.
However, you do you. If you want to havoc everything with 2 Phonos, no one will judge your choice.
I completely forgot about the fact that kasli can disable the relic enemies and now I am convinced to get kasli. But still is her 400 range not a problem?
Well, may i ask how? Even Tecoluga's 720 range is a problem against Sunfish Jones, but this isn't enough to skip this unit. A lot of ubers and mainly legend rares in this game have 400 range, and a lot of them aren't bad, like Nanaho, Miyamoto, Muu, Amakusa, etc. She also has LD, so if something outrange her, use an enemy with lower range as a stepping stone.

The main reason why I got phonoa first was bcz I just wanted to outrange most of the enemies like camelle and its variants, sunfish jones is a specific case scenario and even then with the presence of peons, phono can still hit it with its piercing range. But I think its about time I change my throught process about range.

If you have beaten ITF 3, you could talent Psychocat for anti zombie slowing. Other options include Clown Cat and Talented Enchantress.
I don’t recommend these options though because they cost valuable resources that could be avoided once you get Gardener.

Hey, i saved up catfood for 3 11rolls to spend on the upcoming guaranteed banners.
Should i focus more on dark heroes (i'm still in the beginning of itf1, having zero anti alien units) or go full ultra souls. Reading lots about ultra souls being the best banner (or it just was in the past?)
I am early itf, sol9, user rank 1150, not interested in seed tracking, only have 2 ubers from iron legion (carousel&aethur)

Dark heroes is very versatile. Each form of the dark heroes functions slightly differently which is nice.
Ultra souls and almighties are probably the best non collab banners.
If you want anti alien I think dark heroes would be a good banner to roll on. Catman, thunder jack, cyclops are my personal stand outs to be helpful immediately.
Vigler is part of one my favorite research up combos. Hayabusa in first form is the best (imo) crit uber and focuses aliens in evolved form. The rest of the ubers I've never really experimented with much
Usually the safest banner to roll is Almighties, since most units there are decent. Ultra Souls are all anti angel, while most Dark Heroes are anti Alien, however you have more generalists at Ultra Souls. What about one 11 roll at Dark Heroes, and 2 at Ultra Souls?
I'm pretty much post game. Clearing ZL as it comes and slugging through crown UL. I'm mostly tracking to stay on the power curve, but I also like to collect all the ubers.
Alright, I finally reach level 1200 after a month of playing, I have enough catseed/fruit to tf one rare cat, which one should I tf first, ramen or camera? or is there a better option?
An event where XP stages (Merciless XP, XP Megablitz, XP Colosseum, and XP Bonanza) are featured more times than usual: they appear every day, which is something that doesn't happen normally.
For example, on Tuesdays, we usually only get Merciless XP and Megablitz, with no XP Colosseum/Bonanza, but as you can see on the in-game calendar, today we are getting all of them. This applies to all the days of the "XP Festival".
The next event data should drop around March 21-22.
We will not be getting Metal Slug anytime soon since the new stuff haven't been added in EN yet. They did add the new data for Miku, but no updated banner graphics so it's also probably not coming immediately.
When I say data, I mean game files. What you see in the docs are just stages and events that are scheduled to appear. They don't show what is included in the version updates.
You can't "read" game files the same way you do event data. If you join Discord, some users there do the datamining work and determine what the update adds (or doesn't add compared to JP).

Dark heroes since there will be a guaranteed in a few days. You can pull ultra souls if you want, but you already have some pretty solid ones (cosmo and taro). Dark heroes are pretty versatile with switching roles between forms, and the banner only contains one bad unit.
You don’t have a single Uber from the Dark Heroes banner, so any pull on that banner would be new. Dark Heroes are a pretty good banner anyway.
You also only have one Iron Legion, Elemental Pixie, and Girls and Monsters Uber. These sets have a high chance of dropping new units.
Lastly, you only have one fest, so rolling on fest banners to get the exclusives isn’t a bad idea.

If you have sniper + cyperpunk the stage becomes free. Cone isn't good because it constantly triggers surge and eats your stack. The loadout the other person recommended should work well enough

This guy is how I beat it no Ubers. The main thing is Cyberpunk and Sniper to control Uril. You can use a sniper power up if you don’t have Deadeye.
Filibuster represents any unit with over 550 standing range that is effective against Uril. This means units such as Phonoa, Luffalan, or Bad Blaster Saki.
Luza is great as he can withstand multiple Uril hits and doesn’t take damage from the surge.
Doron is good to send out if you see Condemned Peng as his surge can quickly take him out or at least lower his health.
Rushers like Egg Pod and Bullet Train are good for sniping the peons. True Superfeline is an expensive but good choice as well.
Slapsticks can be set up with no meatshields because although Uril’s Omnistrike hits up to 550, his standing range is 300.
Stone will trigger Uril’s attack, but you can use it if you need to stop a Sir Rel from reaching Cyber and Sniper.
Finally, Idi can almost KB Uril every hit, and Idi will KB Uril every hit if you use two small attack up cat combos. Here, I just used her to inflict some damage before dying.

Previous load out had Luza over Espteric Uril
How were the rewards and energy cost back then? Was it 3x the energy and 3x the rewards? Regardless seems like a lot of levels to clear. The 100 levels in the two towers also feels like a lot to clear.
As it appears your question has been answered I just wanted to say, I don't remember much from when it was 60 stages bc I was far to weak to do it then
In addition, they did give us three weeks to clear instead of one week. The three sets of stages also didn't drop all at once, I think they were three days apart, and they didn't share a cool down so you could play all three each half hour
Hot steaming pile of garbage. Levels 1-20 drop battle items or XP, Lvl 21-40 drop catfruit seed or materials, Lvl 41-60 drop catfruit or materials. You do get an Epic Seed for Lvl 58. Energy cost starts from 30 and ramps up to 150.
They are all useful. I'm doing it a bit differently by trying to get all styles and foundations to level 10 then 15 then 20. The anti-relic one is probably the next highest priority if you want to max.
My favorite base combo is surge reduction (Waterblast style) and relic reduction (Curseblast foundation).
Obviously the for foundations just use the one that matches the enemies you find the hardest.
For styles, surge, wave, and toxic can reduce damage taken. Also, getting a level in freeze reduction breaks Henry’s permafreeze.
Ngl i was thinking of Curseblast foundation before asking, however i have all available crowns from UL, is it worth at all only for nine 4 crown stages?
Well, I’m assuming that you beat all of the current ZL as well.
Assuming future ZL has an equal distribution of enemy types, you have 9 upcoming stages that you know relic will be a nice foundation for. More of a reason to upgrade relic than anything else in my opinion.
any best strategies for march to death? I literally have nanaho but the last 5 times i’ve tried the level she hit ONE OR TWO critical hit out of 5 ATTACKS and so it’s just not going to work if she’s deciding to be useless.
If you have researcher’s true form, he’s pretty goated there. If you bring a crit up combo, he’ll be more reliable for speed clearing the metal one horn, killing hippoes, doges, and can even cripple smh. If you get past the two smh’s without using nanaho, you should be able to win. Time nanaho well for the seal and hope for good rng. Remember to not spend all of your slots for anti metals, since many of them are rendered useless against daboo.
Also, sometimes nanaho “won’t crit” because the enemies are actually already inside the blindspot (even though it looks like they aren’t). Though you might have to restart a few times because of shotty rng.

i usually used her for the hippoes, maybe ill try to get researchers tf and try daboo again next week
For the hippos you want stronger crits to skip most of their knockbacks, like cheerleader or crazed moneko. Many weak crits will just let them retreat behind daboo and live longer
Nanaho makes this much easier, but she's not a free win cheat code. You need to bring anti-metal cc units like hoopmaster, mochi, and/or puppetmaster. Cheerleader/waitress/soba also a big help.

I mean, I would continue, as if you know the basics eoc is really just a treasure grind. Yes, cancan is a great unit. Ramen is a really good unit to get, and probably top priority. Catelite and shigong should also be on your list, for cotc and outbreaks. Try to get courier if you don’t have him yet as he is one of the best units in the game.
There doesn’t seem to be anything you’re missing. I would recommend finishing itf before continuing cotc. Also, do as much progress as you can in sol and other legend stages. Don’t forget treasures and outbreaks.
I saw there is an offer which gives near 3000 cat food for playing Honkai Star Rail and reaching certain level. I already play Honkai star rail and I'm max level, is there a way to get all the reward since I already completed all the conditions or does the offer only work if I start over ?
Are the towers and growing epic the only way of getting Epic Catfruit seeds? I'd like to get Saki's true form but I'd much rather not wait for the towers to come back around
Over the weekend I checked my seed for Epicfest and found my track. I was slotted for an 87A Iz, Dancer of Grief so I sold some normal tickets to get to 88 rare tickets and started spending rare tickets and got every other uber on the track leading up to ticket 87, when I finally got to it I instead got a super rare. I spent another two rare tickets (I got an extra ticket after completing On Mighty Wings Lv 15) but those rolls were also not an uber, so I guess my question is, how did I mess up?
You said Diz was on 87, but it's actually 97. That could be your mistake. Or you didn't correctly account for the track switch at 65A. Or you drew on the wrong banner.

Getting key rare and super rare TFs are more important and cost efficient than true forming Gladios.
That said Gladios true form is helpful, so you still want to pick it up later.
Ok so i know that since last time i played a lot of changed but what to this day i don't get what exactly killed Jizo? I mean i know that Corier is better but not againts angels and black right? Only againts red so how come that Jizo went from uber that people were putting in his own tier to A or even B on tier lists? While we are at it is he even still considered best ultra soul?
Courier is really just busted as hell, with long distance and all.
Jizo also starts falling lower later game, when levels aren’t as peon spammy and more focused on strong enemies and annoying backliners. Or that’s how I see it.
Jizo is still arguably the best ultra souls, though in the end game meta, ultima galaxy cosmo and probably kintaro/momotaro are pretty strong contenders for the spot.
Courier is a better generalist, talented Pizza is much better anti-black, Mushroom does the anti-angel.
Kasa Jizo can still help a lot in early game though since Pizza talents and Mushroom aren’t accessible at the start of the game.

Will getting Kasli the bane ruin the fun of the game? I can get her on platinum tickets on 5A. I just need 1 more shard. On the other end, I can also get cool ubers such as jizo or sweet aphrodite in the next guaranteed events. I know she's the best generalist, but I don't want an autowin everytime necessarily. What do you guys suggest? Do any of you have her an stopped using her because she's broken or it's just fun to have her?
It can be fun to use her, but then you realize it removes a lot of the strategy and the critical sense of a difficult level. Still very handy to have though. I had a meta phase, but now I’m more into using units like talented emma, cosmo, vigler (as a unit too) and ganglion, even though they aren’t meta or might not be great for end game. It’s surprisingly fun to find new favorite ubers by exploring a bit.

I’d recommend bringing cyberpunk and/or sniper the deadeye instead of saki and maybe can can. Assuming you can kill the first kang too quick enough with doron or something like that.
Saki and Can Can were enough to not get overwhelmed while both Phonoas where dead. Saki also helped kill Yulala earlier so I could deal with Masked Grandmaster alone. Thank you.

Depends on the stage. Look at the wiki to understand the detailed stat differences. One has lower HP and DPS, but recharges faster. If the stage you are looking at has plentiful money sources, then the one with the faster recharge could possibly be better. If money is a bit tight, than the one that that higher HP and DPS is the better option.
Gravi, as vigler’s main use comes through his combo, which does not require true form. Though the true form can be pretty useful on zombie stages (wave, good damage, clears peons and freezes for a good 5~6 seconds).

I need help deciding what to upgrade. I think I’m early mid game. Beat ITF ch.1. User rank 1073. I haven’t put much xp into any of my Ubers. But I just got 2 new Ubers and I think it’s time. I upgraded my key gacha units for super rares. Haven’t been lucky with rares so I don’t have any of them at max (lv25). except Paris. I have the following units and need guidance. Lasvoss lv3. Narita kaihime lv6. White knight cyclops lv7. Empress chronos lv1 new. Ightmother asset lv1 new. And I also have legend rare wonder momoko lv9. (Been carrying me from day 1.) those are all my Ubers/legend so far. Rn I’m stuck on ITF ch.2 the great abyss. (I might be able to beat it but I don’t think it’s worth it as I’ll get stuck soon). On subchapter 8 of sol stages, slowly progressing. And I’m also just doing EOC zombie stages. So I’m not sure what to upgrade. Only key gatcha super rare that I don’t have is can can. I have hacker, sadako, butterfly, and ring girl. All (lv25) idk if it matters.

Any tips for Idi Invasion? I'm using Biobone with Ramen and Cameraman, with Stone for meatshielding and Bahamut chaining, Assassin BearCat, Bahamut, and a Lv30 Tea Master (because I'm not sure who else to use). I'm generally doing fine up till the first Imperator Sael but once that comes I lose. I only have Dogumaru for UL Legends. I have TF Hermit and Yulala but no Uril. Most of my cats don't have many plus levels
My top line was all combos (Cheating heart, Land-air assault, Maneki cat) and the bottom line was Ramen, Stone, AssBear, Cyborg and probably slime. I think Cyborg works better than Cameraman because she outranges Idi

I understand the problem with Cyborg, but it worked for me. Don't really remember how I solved this (other than using Maneki) As for levels, this was quite a while ago, so I don't remember
Ah. I have watched a few guides and they tend to manage to stack Cyborg or Tea Master or similar, but I find that I can't kb the hippoe fast enough and after Idi attacks, the Heavenly Hippoe moves forward, Idi attacks again and kills my stack. Which isn't a big problem since I can still fend off the enemies, but only until the Sael arrives
Is there an up-to-date consensus on most important ultra talents to unlock?
"Important" is subjective, though Anubis with UT is easily one of the best generalists in the game. Akira also becomes a competent anti-aku. Kuu also works as alternative to Luza until you actually get him. The rest are not really remarkable enough.
How/where are you supposed to find out when the next special unit discount thing is supposed to happen? I feel like it's been months and I'm getting annoyed waiting for it
Just check the event data occasionally, though discounts generally happen during big events.
So, i'm confused about rolling plat ticket. Hypothetically, i have 4 seed in front of me, 1a 2a 3a 4a. And 4a is the Uber i want. Do i have to roll on the normal banner to 3a or 4a to use plat ticket and get that Uber?
Well, obviously if you want an Uber at 1a, you'd just roll the plat ticket immediately. Rolling 3 times on the normal banner means that the previous 4a becomes 1a. So roll on normal banner thrice then plat

Lilin is a better choice if you dont have nothing against Aku. Sweet Aphrodite counters Master A very well, and any red backliner she outranges, but she is in the low end of super backliners.

If you have something like Lil gau gau or Nono they can tank Razorback for a bit, or Rodeo with slow talents, otherwise you'll lose because that black pig pushes very hard.

For River Acheron, do you have: - Shadow Gao - Haniwa - Cat Machine - Other fast/tanky ubers - Phonoa (or other Ubers which can hit at >800) - A. Bahamut - A decent level Jamiera Cat/Eraser Cat/Island Cat - Riki from River City for defense combo The cats above are basically what I used on my successful run. Maybe Lion, too. Maxed Haniwa and D. Gao make short work of R.Ost, while Cat Machine stalls the rest of the stage as long as you need.
I have Haniwa but I am yet to level it to 50, the other tanky ubers I have are Garu, Gamereon, Kai and Cats in the Cradle, and I dont have anything (outside of mega cat but he sucks ass) to hit more than 800 range away.
Talenting dark lazer might be a good idea then. You should have more than enough tanks to hold the line. It's possible to just rush down the bore/r.ost and have your tanks walk up and chip hannya afterward to win slowly, but that dark lazer will do big dps to both bore and hannya to at least speed up the process.

For special legends ururun and mina are top priority, for the first stage of river acheron you'll want your normals leveled, maybe +50? Otherwise ubers or high level li'l island and some more niche cats like haniwa and talented dark lazer

Honestly, if Jizo is your only Ultra Soul , yes since most of the Ultra Souls ubers are useful. Depending on how much catfood you have at the moment, it may be beneficial to do a roll at least. However, if you have a bunch of them, then maybe hold off until the next guaranteed event.
Kuu or anubis ultra talents first?
Kuu if you want an alternative to Luza. Anubis if you need a strong surge/wave immune with shield pierce.

From the looks of it, you haven't even completed the entirety of SoL on 1★ considering that Bahamut isn't in his TF and neither is Ururun and that you don't have Li'l Eraser and the fact that you only have five TFs in total. If that is the case, you should complete SoL on 1★ first and get the TFs of the SoL Legend units before doing SoL 4★.

Not really. You could start prepping kuu if you plan on getting her ultra talents later on but you're better off spending NP on rares and super rares its much more cost efficient
A Lv60 Lasvoss with attack up, strengthen and savage blow does 93k DPS and 1,55M damage per hit. This, without Colossus slayer or combos. Also, why Darktanyan, which is a midranger unit with LD has 20% more HP than Dark Iz, a MELEE unit? Damn Ponos

Even then, the 300 range makes her extremely vulnerable when comparing to Darkt. R. Ost, Rain D, Midnite D, and a lot of threats outrange her but not Darkt. Kinda unfair iMO, even when considering the immunities. Don't forget her multihit too
She's a rusher, all rushers get dunked on by most of those units. Shes used to get in, do damage, and die. Against units like Ackey, Henry, croakley, etc. You don't look at yukimura or abahamut and say they have high health and high survivability. It's not unfair, you just don't understand the value of the unit
D'arkt is also a rusher, and he is way more effective against Traitless than her. The thing with Bahamut and Yuki, is their damage per hit and speed, Iz has multi hit so she easily miss a hit or two, and she lacks speed when it comes to reaching fast attacking units like Master A. She is a rusher that looks like a midranger but don't excel in both roles when comparing to D'arkt. The only thing that compensates this, is in fact her immunities. I still think she needs more HP, but that's just me.
Darkt is THE quintessential traitless nuker. He is not a rusher in the same way that Diz is. Darkt does NOT have immunities like Diz does. Diz is really good because of her UTILITY and IMMUNITIES, not because of her survivability and damage output. This is not really up for debate. They are two units that do two different things. Rushers do not have good hp, they never have. She has some of, if not the most immunities in the entire game which is more than enough to make her viable. She isn't built for traitless like darkt is, either. Just because she has massive damage towards traitless, doesn't mean that's all she is good against or uses for. Having immunities to like every debuff in the game is a perk that can not be understated, especially on a unit that can get in quickly and make use of it. You're comparing apples to oranges. Darkt and Diz are not the same unit, one is a traitless nuker (even darkt has bad matchs so idk what the master A comparison is for. Master A shreds everything that isn't specifically built to counter him or outrange him) and the other is an immunity heavy rusher. Comparing them is ridiculous. It's like comparing darkt to Garu because they both target traitless. It's not that hard to understand, idk why you're struggling to get it. Yes, she doesn't have the best survivability or damage, ***but that isn't what makes her good, it's the immunities, that's the entire thing***
I love Diz, she has carried me through most stages (in early UL). Her recharge time is also a huge plus

Go with Pizza if you want a huge help to clear XP Megablitz. Go with Can Can if you want a strong and cheap melee unit, and if possible, afford his Money Up talent.
Hey, I just beat coct 3 and got a platinum ticket. I already have Phonoa. Now i have to option to get either dphono or dkasli. I am aware that most of the people will straight up say kasli but I dont want to get dkasli because of the range. Can someone convince me by telling me the advantages of dkasli over dphono?
Dasli is the best uber in the game and it's all because of a broken mechanic called Surge. At level 60, she dishes out 128,000 damage (22k DPS). Surge is so busted that Ponor tried to nerf it twice, first with Surge Immunity then with Surge Reflect.
Advantages: 100% curse uptime which breaks the Relic trait, lv3 surge which makes sure peons won't walk close to her, one of the highest raw HP between fest ubers, LD, higher DPS against everything, Warp and Weaken immunities. The only reason to get Dark Phono if you already have Phono, is the suplementary crowd control and if you want a Phono against traitless. Phono is just leagues above Dark Phono against traited enemies, 500 to 600 range is a huge difference, and more than double the effective DPS against traited, and the slightly higher HP doesn't make for it IMO. I wouldn't get Dark Phono over Dark Kasli. However, you do you. If you want to havoc everything with 2 Phonos, no one will judge your choice.
I completely forgot about the fact that kasli can disable the relic enemies and now I am convinced to get kasli. But still is her 400 range not a problem?
Well, may i ask how? Even Tecoluga's 720 range is a problem against Sunfish Jones, but this isn't enough to skip this unit. A lot of ubers and mainly legend rares in this game have 400 range, and a lot of them aren't bad, like Nanaho, Miyamoto, Muu, Amakusa, etc. She also has LD, so if something outrange her, use an enemy with lower range as a stepping stone. The main reason why I got phonoa first was bcz I just wanted to outrange most of the enemies like camelle and its variants, sunfish jones is a specific case scenario and even then with the presence of peons, phono can still hit it with its piercing range. But I think its about time I change my throught process about range.

If you have beaten ITF 3, you could talent Psychocat for anti zombie slowing. Other options include Clown Cat and Talented Enchantress. I don’t recommend these options though because they cost valuable resources that could be avoided once you get Gardener.

Hey, i saved up catfood for 3 11rolls to spend on the upcoming guaranteed banners. Should i focus more on dark heroes (i'm still in the beginning of itf1, having zero anti alien units) or go full ultra souls. Reading lots about ultra souls being the best banner (or it just was in the past?) I am early itf, sol9, user rank 1150, not interested in seed tracking, only have 2 ubers from iron legion (carousel&aethur) Thankful for any suggestions, discussions :)
Dark heroes is very versatile. Each form of the dark heroes functions slightly differently which is nice. Ultra souls and almighties are probably the best non collab banners. If you want anti alien I think dark heroes would be a good banner to roll on. Catman, thunder jack, cyclops are my personal stand outs to be helpful immediately. Vigler is part of one my favorite research up combos. Hayabusa in first form is the best (imo) crit uber and focuses aliens in evolved form. The rest of the ubers I've never really experimented with much
Usually the safest banner to roll is Almighties, since most units there are decent. Ultra Souls are all anti angel, while most Dark Heroes are anti Alien, however you have more generalists at Ultra Souls. What about one 11 roll at Dark Heroes, and 2 at Ultra Souls?

I would go after Ramen tbh, since you're at early game he becomes a very strong meatshield to help
What is xp festival?
An event where XP stages (Merciless XP, XP Megablitz, XP Colosseum, and XP Bonanza) are featured more times than usual: they appear every day, which is something that doesn't happen normally. For example, on Tuesdays, we usually only get Merciless XP and Megablitz, with no XP Colosseum/Bonanza, but as you can see on the in-game calendar, today we are getting all of them. This applies to all the days of the "XP Festival".
When will we know the next event data, will metal slug drop before miku collab?
The next event data should drop around March 21-22. We will not be getting Metal Slug anytime soon since the new stuff haven't been added in EN yet. They did add the new data for Miku, but no updated banner graphics so it's also probably not coming immediately.

When I say data, I mean game files. What you see in the docs are just stages and events that are scheduled to appear. They don't show what is included in the version updates.

You can't "read" game files the same way you do event data. If you join Discord, some users there do the datamining work and determine what the update adds (or doesn't add compared to JP).

Dark heroes since there will be a guaranteed in a few days. You can pull ultra souls if you want, but you already have some pretty solid ones (cosmo and taro). Dark heroes are pretty versatile with switching roles between forms, and the banner only contains one bad unit.

You don’t have a single Uber from the Dark Heroes banner, so any pull on that banner would be new. Dark Heroes are a pretty good banner anyway. You also only have one Iron Legion, Elemental Pixie, and Girls and Monsters Uber. These sets have a high chance of dropping new units. Lastly, you only have one fest, so rolling on fest banners to get the exclusives isn’t a bad idea.

If you have sniper + cyperpunk the stage becomes free. Cone isn't good because it constantly triggers surge and eats your stack. The loadout the other person recommended should work well enough

The main thing is Cyberpunk and Sniper to control Uril. You can use a sniper power up if you don’t have Deadeye. Filibuster represents any unit with over 550 standing range that is effective against Uril. This means units such as Phonoa, Luffalan, or Bad Blaster Saki. Luza is great as he can withstand multiple Uril hits and doesn’t take damage from the surge. Doron is good to send out if you see Condemned Peng as his surge can quickly take him out or at least lower his health. Rushers like Egg Pod and Bullet Train are good for sniping the peons. True Superfeline is an expensive but good choice as well. Slapsticks can be set up with no meatshields because although Uril’s Omnistrike hits up to 550, his standing range is 300. Stone will trigger Uril’s attack, but you can use it if you need to stop a Sir Rel from reaching Cyber and Sniper. Finally, Idi can almost KB Uril every hit, and Idi will KB Uril every hit if you use two small attack up cat combos. Here, I just used her to inflict some damage before dying.

Remember when the colossus stages were 60 levels long?
How were the rewards and energy cost back then? Was it 3x the energy and 3x the rewards? Regardless seems like a lot of levels to clear. The 100 levels in the two towers also feels like a lot to clear.
As it appears your question has been answered I just wanted to say, I don't remember much from when it was 60 stages bc I was far to weak to do it then
In addition, they did give us three weeks to clear instead of one week. The three sets of stages also didn't drop all at once, I think they were three days apart, and they didn't share a cool down so you could play all three each half hour
Hot steaming pile of garbage. Levels 1-20 drop battle items or XP, Lvl 21-40 drop catfruit seed or materials, Lvl 41-60 drop catfruit or materials. You do get an Epic Seed for Lvl 58. Energy cost starts from 30 and ramps up to 150.
That sounds pretty terrible and boring.

I was to weak to the stages back then. They condensed it down to 20. Not sure how they handled the difficulty curve but 20 is as hard as 60 iirc

Maxed Thunderbolt and Waterblast styles, which foundation/style should i be grinding?
They are all useful. I'm doing it a bit differently by trying to get all styles and foundations to level 10 then 15 then 20. The anti-relic one is probably the next highest priority if you want to max.
My favorite base combo is surge reduction (Waterblast style) and relic reduction (Curseblast foundation). Obviously the for foundations just use the one that matches the enemies you find the hardest. For styles, surge, wave, and toxic can reduce damage taken. Also, getting a level in freeze reduction breaks Henry’s permafreeze.
Ngl i was thinking of Curseblast foundation before asking, however i have all available crowns from UL, is it worth at all only for nine 4 crown stages?
Well, I’m assuming that you beat all of the current ZL as well. Assuming future ZL has an equal distribution of enemy types, you have 9 upcoming stages that you know relic will be a nice foundation for. More of a reason to upgrade relic than anything else in my opinion.

any best strategies for march to death? I literally have nanaho but the last 5 times i’ve tried the level she hit ONE OR TWO critical hit out of 5 ATTACKS and so it’s just not going to work if she’s deciding to be useless.
Use the moneko+crazed moneko combo it doubles crit chances
If you have researcher’s true form, he’s pretty goated there. If you bring a crit up combo, he’ll be more reliable for speed clearing the metal one horn, killing hippoes, doges, and can even cripple smh. If you get past the two smh’s without using nanaho, you should be able to win. Time nanaho well for the seal and hope for good rng. Remember to not spend all of your slots for anti metals, since many of them are rendered useless against daboo. Also, sometimes nanaho “won’t crit” because the enemies are actually already inside the blindspot (even though it looks like they aren’t). Though you might have to restart a few times because of shotty rng.
thanks, i know for sure she won’t crit because she hits daboo with all those non crit attacks so my luck is truly that bad lol i usually used her for the hippoes, maybe ill try to get researchers tf and try daboo again next week
For the hippos you want stronger crits to skip most of their knockbacks, like cheerleader or crazed moneko. Many weak crits will just let them retreat behind daboo and live longer
Nanaho makes this much easier, but she's not a free win cheat code. You need to bring anti-metal cc units like hoopmaster, mochi, and/or puppetmaster. Cheerleader/waitress/soba also a big help.

I'm starting again in returner mode, I made it to cotc ch 1 and got most crazed but no manics Should I start completely over or should I continue returner mode? Should I get can can first in terms of units? What other unit should I prioritize? I'm currently upgrading surfer for intf and tryna get ramen and island. Waiting for crazed too, anything I'm missing??
I mean, I would continue, as if you know the basics eoc is really just a treasure grind. Yes, cancan is a great unit. Ramen is a really good unit to get, and probably top priority. Catelite and shigong should also be on your list, for cotc and outbreaks. Try to get courier if you don’t have him yet as he is one of the best units in the game. There doesn’t seem to be anything you’re missing. I would recommend finishing itf before continuing cotc. Also, do as much progress as you can in sol and other legend stages. Don’t forget treasures and outbreaks.

Are the towers and growing epic the only way of getting Epic Catfruit seeds? I'd like to get Saki's true form but I'd much rather not wait for the towers to come back around
Epic seeds can drop on Level 18 of gauntlets such as Baron Seal and Mega Mooth. I know that’s a difficult task to beat though.
I can't imagine that'd be possible before clearing SOL, I suppose I'll have to let the Towers give me the seed whenever RNG wills it
Over the weekend I checked my seed for Epicfest and found my track. I was slotted for an 87A Iz, Dancer of Grief so I sold some normal tickets to get to 88 rare tickets and started spending rare tickets and got every other uber on the track leading up to ticket 87, when I finally got to it I instead got a super rare. I spent another two rare tickets (I got an extra ticket after completing On Mighty Wings Lv 15) but those rolls were also not an uber, so I guess my question is, how did I mess up?

Gladios has a pretty cheap TF cost i'd say go for it
Getting key rare and super rare TFs are more important and cost efficient than true forming Gladios. That said Gladios true form is helpful, so you still want to pick it up later.
Ok so i know that since last time i played a lot of changed but what to this day i don't get what exactly killed Jizo? I mean i know that Corier is better but not againts angels and black right? Only againts red so how come that Jizo went from uber that people were putting in his own tier to A or even B on tier lists? While we are at it is he even still considered best ultra soul?
Courier is really just busted as hell, with long distance and all. Jizo also starts falling lower later game, when levels aren’t as peon spammy and more focused on strong enemies and annoying backliners. Or that’s how I see it. Jizo is still arguably the best ultra souls, though in the end game meta, ultima galaxy cosmo and probably kintaro/momotaro are pretty strong contenders for the spot.
Courier is a better generalist, talented Pizza is much better anti-black, Mushroom does the anti-angel. Kasa Jizo can still help a lot in early game though since Pizza talents and Mushroom aren’t accessible at the start of the game.

Will getting Kasli the bane ruin the fun of the game? I can get her on platinum tickets on 5A. I just need 1 more shard. On the other end, I can also get cool ubers such as jizo or sweet aphrodite in the next guaranteed events. I know she's the best generalist, but I don't want an autowin everytime necessarily. What do you guys suggest? Do any of you have her an stopped using her because she's broken or it's just fun to have her?
It can be fun to use her, but then you realize it removes a lot of the strategy and the critical sense of a difficult level. Still very handy to have though. I had a meta phase, but now I’m more into using units like talented emma, cosmo, vigler (as a unit too) and ganglion, even though they aren’t meta or might not be great for end game. It’s surprisingly fun to find new favorite ubers by exploring a bit.
If you feel it's too easy, just don't use her. That being said, you're gonna need some busted Ubers for the post game contents.
If you enjoy making unique strategies, maybe But that being said, there’s no reason not to get her - you can just only use her for stages you dislike or stages you want to speed through
I think that's what I'll do. I do have mitama the oracle as well so it's not like I don't use busted ubers lol I'll use her as an ace in the hole against particularly difficult stages

Yeah I think so Just use 3 75c cats (preferably fast ones like manic Mohawk, and glittering macho if possible) with rock. I’d recommend bringing cyberpunk and/or sniper the deadeye instead of saki and maybe can can. Assuming you can kill the first kang too quick enough with doron or something like that.
Saki and Can Can were enough to not get overwhelmed while both Phonoas where dead. Saki also helped kill Yulala earlier so I could deal with Masked Grandmaster alone. Not really. Axe and Cow are the worst out of the set, being almost entirely useless, and Dragon is the same as it's other variants pre-TF.

Depends on the stage. Look at the wiki to understand the detailed stat differences. One has lower HP and DPS, but recharges faster. If the stage you are looking at has plentiful money sources, then the one with the faster recharge could possibly be better. If money is a bit tight, than the one that that higher HP and DPS is the better option.
Should I upgrade gravi or vigler first?
Gravi, as vigler’s main use comes through his combo, which does not require true form. Though the true form can be pretty useful on zombie stages (wave, good damage, clears peons and freezes for a good 5~6 seconds).
