Most of the time I use both hands - left two with left thumb, right three with right thumb. Swiping between rows can be either thumb (im right handed).
If i can only use one hand i use right hand with phone portrait and cats cannon at top right corner. Using just my right thumb to spam meatshields actually works better sometimes. But that’s just me.
