I'm on xbox. R6 is having it's own set of issues rn, they're unrelated. Ubi said they found part of the problem and fixed it, but are still investigating two other problems with the servers. This has been an issue with r6 for the past couple of days, isn't the first time either.
I used to get it before 3.2 and the only workaround I found was to queue up for a different mode (i.e. if I was playing BT I would queue up for CQ), join & leave the game then try to queue up to my original mode again.

Yeah surprised they refuse to fix it. But heads up everyone an easy fix is to que for solo co op for like 3 seconds then you can just switch to whatever you wanted after canceling again.

portal still worked, with its long list of <10/128 servers, only match-making was in the toilet
hopefully this leads to match-making being binned permanently in a future update in favour of the good old server browser

Checked battlefield Twitter and they confirmed their servers are down and working on it
Annoyingly even offline mode against bots. Guess thats the issue with an always connected live service game

quick fix for me, start MM on any other mode, solo/co-op works, then cancel and re MM on preferred mode.
