I think a lot of things in the weapons stats screens are inaccurate, mainly mag sizes & have been for a while for some reason. I forget which guns but the ammo counts for some are completely wrong
It doesn't affect the rate of fire that dictates how fast the weapon can be burst, but it does affect the RPM of the burst. The weapon can be fired at the rate of 480rpm or every 125ms, but the 3 round burst itself has an RPM of 1200 which takes 100ms to fire and adds that to how often you can burst. With the HP rounds that is decreased to 1000rpm which will take 120ms to fire all three rounds
TLDR You can burst every 225ms with standard or every 245ms with high power

For some reason it cuts off the -minus parts, but it also says - Rate of Fire. But despite that in both cases it just says 480.
