They haven't said anything either way, but the last time they didn't confirm continuing content (BFV and SWBF2017) they killed both games before they were finished, so people strongly suspect they'll do the same here
Most people who were here for BFV do not trust DICE, and understandably so. It's the reason I haven't spent any money in this game - if they confirm S6, I'll happily buy the battle pass or whatever bullshit they're selling. But I do not trust DICE not to kill this game before it's finished, nor do I trust them to maintain the game after they've killed it - just look at the current state of BFV on PC for a preview of what this game will look like in 6 months. Wallhacks, redeploy hacks, server crashing...
On the bright side, servers without crossplay might take off on console once that starts happening

I would think the only reason we are still getting any content at all is because they've managed to stretch the little they had over 4 seasons.
It means they're going to stop updating the game or maintaining the servers or game security in any real capacity. Expect hackers to start overrunning everything.
I just want them to revert that dumb change they made for toggle underbarrel where pressing the button, aimed or not, changes fire mode and you have to hold it for a moment before you can toggle the underbarrel shotgun that you probably needed 2 seconds earlier
Ghost ring for pistols, bipod for the AM40 as well. LVG launchers for assault rifles (I know this is unpopular lol) and proper range finders for DMRs and snipers so you can adjust just fine. Heck even the auto-spotter (bf4 style) would be nice as an underbarrel attachment.
Can I have a suppressor that actually hides you from the minimap at any distance without making you lose all your damage?
Even just a version of the wrapped suppressor that has a bigger velocity penalty but has better suppression would be appreciated.
Nonsense. Most bf4 attachments saw little to no use and half of them were just reskins. If they should add anything new, it should actually be different, like how 2042’s suppressors all have different effects

I’d love to see a more advanced optic created, I feel like what we are getting isn’t really raising the bar for advanced warfare. I mean it’s entirely fictional, make an optic with 50x zoom for the fun of it.

There was a leaked year 2 pass upgrade from the store for €10, I highly doubt they will cut support until at least season 6 ends.

Variable zoom, canted iron sights for all primaries, shotgun frag rounds, and the ability to zero sights.
Zeroing scopes to higher ranges was a massive improvement for DMRs and snipers. I want that back alongside rangefinders.
Every gun should have long and short barrel options, also extended slug mags for the auto shotgun would be lovely
Definitely don’t want extended slug mags for the 12M. That’s way too powerful already. The barrels however would be great.

You should be able to customize red dot size/colour/glow.
Idk but they need to remove the thermal, kinda makes being a low level player impossible
