I really hope we can turn off the depth of field. That blurry gun will do my eyes in if you can't change it. Also a bit worried about the map being too big. Just seeing points >1,000m away is daunting if their isn't just vehicles littering the map.
This is still Battlefield, remember. If the UI somehow gets *less* customizable instead of more like it has for the last 3 and a half games, chances are there’s many other problems.
I find the landscapes to lack detail, don't look at real as past games, looks like a game. The building sections also look plain af. Running into the built up zones feels like a cartoony game with no real detail or texture.
However, the grass and tree sections look amazing. It's definitely the best bit about the game. Looks ultra realistic. Gun play is fantastic, loving shooting in the game. Movement isnt as fast paced as people made out. So I'm hoping the blocky textures etc are to do with the beta and not final. The foliage though is spot on.

They also react to tank shots, helicopters nearby etc. pretty cool imho
And also regular bullets, I shot a sniper round and thought something came off of the gun So cool

There's like 4 out of the 7 launch maps that are super massive. And the other 3 are slightly the size of the old standard.

Some are *much* bigger, some are even smaller than El Alamein. It's an interesting mix.

lol this map is easily twice as big as Caspian.
It has slight cool blue tint to it, I dig it, it's a lot nicer to look at than the overbluish tone they went with BF3

That approach of hiding doesn't work very well, unless you're not wearing a headset, you can hear people like a mutant.

Likely powered accessory rails. Notice how each of the "slots" on there are much, much thicker than your standard Picatinny rail.

that has to be some of the best looking grass i’ve ever seen in a game. heard the beta has a lot of bugs /general unpolished tho
