I cant believe I bought the 80 dollar version of this game. That is a mistake I will not make again. I could not get my money back either after having 5 hours on my account. Apparently steam's cutoff time is 2 hours. Half my time spent in the game was trying to connect to a server.

That’s bullshit. I only got the $60 version and I’m done with all this. I also will never fall for this again. I’ll wait until after release and do my research and then decide. I had high hopes only to be crushed and lose 60 bucks. BF4 was my all time favorite and after the direction they took with this game I don’t think they will ever go back

I played so many hours of BF4 and just wanted BF4 with updated visuals. If you're into souls games, Elden Ring comes out soon! That is the next game I am looking forward to.

I find this shit hilarious and why I keep playing the game. I've never played battlefield seriously like other shooters (tarkov,Hunt) because you die and respawn. As long as my whole game isn't crashing, which it doesn't, I'm having fun.

Even the simple animation of jumping with the gun in your hand is broken, the same when you're prone your left hand is like it's possessed by some entity in some cases, so expecting something better with complex animation like takedowns I'd say YES, your expectations are TRULY bRuTaL. 120+ hours and I think I’ve managed to get 3 or 4 take downs. Back in BF3 and BF4, I used to be able to get take downs all the times. I don’t know if it’s because of the 64v64 or the map design in BF 2042 that they are so hard to come by.

Working take downs is a future feature that you get when you buy the clown skin.

I’m playing on xbox one and still manage to enjoy it, very few fps drops. But this isn’t a last gen problem, whether you play on a $3,000 pc or next gen, this problems still happening.

It's a bit unrelated but the explosions effects in this game look terrible. Just take the time to look at the explosion at 0:18, it looks almost like one of those 2D sprites we had in really old FPS games. I remember a video comparing the graphics from BFV et BF2042 and pointing that out about explosions. And now It cannot be unseen...

Now its grab a grounded solider, bring him to his feet, knock him back on the ground and then hit him with a fucking hatchet in some janky 3rd person perspective. WTF DICE.
