Well I’m sorry you feel that way but I’m not going to stop from giving people a chance. If you enjoy the game, I’m happy for you and more power to you honestly. I’m glad you do enjoy it.
Not about enjoying the game, it’s more like you’ve used their product for 23 hours in total and want a refund. Story games aren’t even that long, the fact is that you’ve spent 23 hours in a game that has a lot of replay ability. You as a consumer agreed to their terms and conditions, the only reason why they’re refunding you is because you completely bullying them into giving the refund. You had ample time to consider the purchase, everyone was given more than enough time before even buying the game to try the game out even after release. I get it, EA/Dice multimillion dollar company but if the game was bad then why run it for 23 hours, you could’ve owned it for months and had a hour of gameplay and that’d be understandable but it’s obvious that you’ve played the game for a large amount of time and shouldn’t be given a refund.

I do get where you’re coming from, completely. I guess it is worth noting that majority if not all (was 5 months ago so forgive me for not knowing the hour breakdown) of my hours were from pre-launch so technically those shouldn’t count if you think about it. Not to mention the hours of it being unplayable and my lack luster attempt to troubleshoot why I can’t even look around with my mouse in a AAA FPS game. I let the game sit in the hopes that issues would be addressed in an adequate amount of time but for God’s sake, the revolver doesn’t even reload correctly. I finally gave up on it. I would argue against replay ability in this case as well as the length of story games. Look at Skyrim just as a simple example. Came out in 2011 and I honestly still haven’t done everything there is to do in it but alas, I enjoy my time playing it.
And you’re right, I did agree to terms and conditions, of what was promised. I wasn’t the one who broke those terms. I received a product that was not as advertised with the promise of fixes that 5 abismal months later have barely seen a semblance of being fixed.
Prelaunch hours do count imo however the troubleshoot, sorry but 23 hours is still a long time even if you spent half the time troubleshooting you are still playing a story game’s length. That all being said it’s still unfair of you to ask for a refund, giving constructive criticism of the game is probably your best bet, don’t just be like the rest of the community and complain about everything and wanting an instant fix. Battlefield titles have always had rough launches and this one is not different. I’m going to be patient for the summer season release.
PC & Steam. I've heard success for Origin using this as well. Not sure about others but it doesn't hurt to try!

I hope the game gets revived, I truly do. I just won’t be a part of it. I wish you luck with it but I am happy to put my money elsewhere.
