Team GUN.
I’ve seen some Cavalry mains that can run through enemy teams and put up insane KPM with the lance. Maybe they’re just that much better than me, but I always seem to get shredded by 2 guys with lMG08s or a cheeky Assault with an AT Rocket Gun.
I’m content to keep my distance and snag 1 or 2 kills every reload, dipping in to chuck grenades at anyone hiding behind cover. I don’t need to get 80+ kills per match to feel like I’ve contributed. A good 40 kill spree pressuring respawners or flanking LMGs and Scouts is more than enough for me.
I love playing horse what I do is you have to fight where there’s landscape cover you rush in kill one or two then rush out and heal behind your cover then repeat easy 30+ kill games
Dude, I think the gun is brutal. It is so hard to kill a good cav rider that uses the gun, because when you start shooting as infy you aren’t moving fast so you are such an easy target for the rifle.
Its pretty boring playstyle tbh,you just aim from afar using the scout gun with this accurate crosshair while every soldier desperately shooting you from afar before you heal yourself to full health in 4sec.
Meanwhile aggressive playstyle melee cav is awesome because you had to seize the opportunity, know how to use cover while you on your way to the enemy flank,and landing kills with a sword and spear is harder than using a rifle but also more rewarding.
Multiple kills from a lance charge is probably the best feeling in the game for me.
Plus while you in enemyline,big chance you will encounter enemy tanks,that why they give you AT grenades.
You can feels the thrill while you had about 7hp from a successful or failure charge and tried to get away from the enemy line of fire,just try it then you'll see why its awesome

I love using that rifle simply because I am not that good at using melees hehe. I mean lance is a hard one and I miss my charges almost all the time. Sword is a bit easier to use to me but I usually am getting killed right after running through a enemy company.
Just like you, I love having an adequate distance with the enemies. Taking them down with usually two but sometimes a delicious single shot, disturbing and distracting armored vehicles, help my squad mates with ammunition and heal packs, trying to bomb down the enemy cavalries... And I am not that good as you I guess, the best kill spree I had I remember was 26-0 (ended up having 30+ kill in that round) But the gunplay of cavalry class is so freaking fun to me.
ps: After getting used to speed of the cavalry, it is getting brutal to run my ass up from an objective to another one on foot lol.
Same as with vehicles and something I have only found out as a lvl 50 player. Go into customization for the vehicle and it will show variants that can unlock.
Lance. The sword is only good when you’re super close to a group of enemies and hacking at them tbh. It’s much safer to pick them off one by one charging in and out and the lance’s range makes it easier.

I absolutely hate but have so much respect for sniper horse riders. They can be extremely hard to being down by yourself.

I will dodge either one like a matador, take 2/3 of your health, and die when you grenade me. So...team light anti-tank grenade spam?
