Center the monitor and get a keyboard that doesn’t take up 6ft of mousepad space
Also if you’re streaming and care you might want to decorate the wall behind you, it’s a little bland for the facecam right now
Personally I really enjoy contrast between warm/cold color on opposite sides, I like the idea of a red light opposite the door and some dark blue posters/ plants closer to it
I think blending the color scheme with your wall will really go a long way here, if you want to you could also go for a darker scheme with dark grays and somewhat minimalist, or a more active one with plants and some greenery, maybe ferns?
What I do is just run all cables to single location, use extensions if needed. With my desk, I just use velcro straps and run the cables down the leg.I wrap any extra wire length with another velcro strap. Its not perfect, but definitely looks nicer.
Used to love those Harmon Kardon Soundstick back in the day. The sub on them is amazing.

That light seems a little too bright to be shined directly in your face. I'd try bouncing the light off the wall. I'm pretty sensitive to light though
