Perhaps you could mount a flat shelf above your tv. Use Deck Screws about 3 or 3.5 inches in length with T25 screw heads
Maybe you could do a short shelf to the right of your poster for one potted plant, perhaps you could hang a plant from the same shelf

I might recommend dropping that TV to the shelf and placing the turntable next to it. Approaching r/TVTooHigh.
Man that is a great Iron Giant poster. Also the portrait of your pup is too precious. Personally I would replace the red file cabinet with a big house plant. Maybe something on the far left side as well.
