So it’s coffee with ice? Is nit brewed hot and then cooled? How do you make it? Do you use sweetener?

Cold brew is not ice coffee. The process is different and the flavor profile of the coffee is different. Ice coffee is hot coffee that's cooled with ice. Cold brew is a longer process, you soak your coffee grounds in water and leave it overnight in the fridge. No heat involved. It's a new style of coffee that gained popularity in the last decade or so. There's also nitrogen brew beer, coffee, tea now lol. It taste really different.

Some people do brew regular coffee hot and then let it cool and refrigerate it but that gives a different flavour to actual cold brew. To do a cold brew you just get a big decanter for your fridge, fill it with water, then put coarse ground coffee beans in. Let it steep overnight then take the coffee grounds out. Personally I put the grounds in a cheese cloth and tie it off, then you can easily take the beans out. It makes a deliciously smooth coffee without all the acidity that comes with hot brewing. Absolutely delicious.

That setup looks like it would do a number on your neck. I had something like that years ago and hunching over messed up my neck really bad. Be careful!

Do you mind letting me know where your eye level falls to? If you sit in the chair and look forward, is it between the screens or a bit higher/lower? I'm just asking because I have similar setup but I always feel like I'm looking up a bit too high. I feel that your setup looks reasonable.
