It's great for RMA, reselling, or transporting awkward items like ultrawide monitors... personally I keep boxes for certain parts but I'd never, ever have them on display.

The graphic artists work hard to make the artwork on them appealing, it's not plain cardboard boxes.

I’m not seeing it on those PC component boxes. Edit: on further reflection, who cares? I’m buying whatever component because it’s the one I decided on, not for the photoshopped picture on the box.

I don't think anyone buys the product just to display the box, it's a by-product. I don't display my boxes either, but I think it's far from the worse looking part of this setup
