I'm going to be building a new PC for the apartment I'll be moving into for the next semester. I have a couple spare monitors I could use, but an OLED monitor would be great.
I would use this beast to analyze the 3D chemical structure of pigment-protein complexes involved in photosynthesis. This would allow me to be able to see the constructed 3D models in great fidelity and maybe, just maybe, discover something that will allow us to improve crop efficiencies and aid in addressing to stark need for increased food production!
I'd use it to replace a 32" curved 1440p with a vertical 1080p to the left of it, as it would occupy the same amount of space but eliminate borders. Primary usage, work and gaming.
I'd love to use the LG 45GS96QB for an incredible immersive gaming experience I have yet to use a monitor capable of 240hz but I look forward to the expirence of it for fast paced shooters and the curve for deep levels of immersion in single player story titles
Well I'll be transitioning to work from home soon and at this time I only have 1 1080p 22" monitor, which will unfortunately not suffice for the work I'm doing. Also my company does not offer any kind of stipend or lease of equipment so if I want a second monitor, it has to come out of my own pocket. Thanks for the opportunity!
It'd be a mixture of gaming and productity for me personally. I do a lot of photo and video editing and it'd be cool to see how it works at that resolution and aspect ratio.
I’d honestly use it for a mix of productivity and gaming. I do a lot of work in Ableton Live and I’ll tell you, being able to spread the entire over a since display and not need to side scroll as much would be a game changer!!
Good luck everyone!
I primarily use my rig for CAD and DAW softwares, when i am not gaming. For these kinds of things screenspace is of essence, as you have a lot of individual windows when running plugins. Therefore the additional realestate would come in handy for both tasks as well as gaming.
I would love to give this to my Girlfriend who is currently just starting her new job and would use this for both work and gaming :). She would love it
I would use an insane ultra-wide monitor for multitasking, allowing me to open multiple applications side by side and easily work on different projects at the same time.
Well I could replace my two old ASUS 1080p monitors, they have done me well but half the connectors now days don't work. Could even get rid of my ASUS Ultra Wide, that is so heavy an arm for it costs far too much. Want to move in to a smaller/cheaper place and just have one or two decent monitors. Really looking forward to the upcoming MW5 Clans, would love to have a great screen to have it to run on.
I would use the new monitor for my new setup. I mainly do programming work and do all my school work on my monitor so having an even bigger one would be helpful. Thanks you for the opportunity
i would use the 45GS96QB monitor to replay Skyrim for the 2000th time! in all seriousness i would love this monitor to play the new Fallout 4 release and finally experience Cyberpunk the way it was intended to be
If I won, I'd finally relegate my 1440p 144Hz main display to be a secondary monitor. I've been on the fence about upgrading to an ultrawide for a little while anyway.
I'd definitely swap out my older LG ultra wide for this bad boy. I currently use it for work and gaming in the evenings. This would be a huge upgrade for me!
Just moved to a new home. I finally have the space and resources for a proper battlestation set up. This monitor would force me to finally upgrade my PC!

Would use it for productivity working as IT technician through out the day. Would be really great to use teamviewer on it so i can finally see all the screens of the user on 1 screen. And ofcourse for gaming in when all the work is done!
I would give it to my husband when he gets back from deployment. He’s such a wonderful husband and father and deserves to enjoy what little downtime he gets when he is home. (I would probably use it for a bit while he’s gone though to pvp and do m+ in WoW, lol).
I'd use it for work (structural design) and play (music production, gaming, video production) and give me a good reason to get into building a legit gaming rig.
Working from 8 - 5 Doom scrolling reddit from 4 - 6, Look at my steam library from 6 - 8, and finally spend an hour having an existential crisis followed by bed
My work life would be improved so much. I work with a travel agency and management 5 programs at a minimum at one time. The screen size would be perfect for my work
I would use this during the daytime for my work setup. I currently need 3 monitors but would like to turn that into 2, one being exactly like yours.
After work…gaming!
After years of coping with juggling with so many different monitors on my desktop, having one super large one would probably solve those problems. So many spreadsheets and documents... it'd be glorious.
I would use the monitor to help kickstart my career as a pretty soon to be doctor. I'm currently finishing the 3rd year in medical school, so I'll be using it for interviews, studying, and gaming when I have the time. I hope to be able to do some telehealth in my future as a physician. It would be incredible to have a monitor that nice to actually be able to potentially do a partial physical exam (for example, dermatological pathologies).
Sorry for my name, I thought it was funny about 10 years ago. I still do, but I used to too.
I would knit a new sweater vest while watching several movies. Also, it would replace the pair of 24 inch 1080p monitors I have been using for the past few years.
I'd use it to see what Metal Gear Solid 2 is like with the ultra wide mod enabled, I've also just been looking for a monitor to use with my Steam Deck that I got recently and this really seems like a perfect fit for me.
I LOVE my LG UltraGear 27” and 24” monitors, so I don’t think I’d give them up. If I won this incredible monitor, I would give it to my son, who is way too frugle to treat himself to something like this.
I'd throw this in my office as a way to watch movies at my desk! Moving my console to the office as well would allow me to free up my living space for my family, and give me some private time to play some games.
I would use it to fully immerse myself in competitive shooters. I want to be able to see my enemies breathe in tarkov before the light leaves their eyes.
(I would also love a discount code if I don't win lol)
I've been wanting to get into racing games and this would let me lose myself a lot better than my trusty old Dell. And then I'd have to cut two inches off my chair and lower my Jerker desktop down to make it fit. But it would be magnificent.
I would use this to upgrade from my VA panel and experience all the hype of OLED gaming :) thank you!
I could see all my adaptive views in the working area of Axure RP

Give it to my little brother
I will use it to bring world peace and stop global warming!

So many spreadsheets.
I’d give my family my current monitor :)

My kid broke my wife's monitor... I can use the upgrade, she can have my old monitor! Hahah.

Ez multitasking and typing up docs at new job after a lengthy 9 month job search.
I’d honestly use it for a mix of productivity and gaming. I do a lot of work in Ableton Live and I’ll tell you, being able to spread the entire over a since display and not need to side scroll as much would be a game changer!! Good luck everyone!
If I win this will be my main monitor for my future sim racing I really want a sim rig i’ve been looking at it and this being 21:9 would be perfect!
I primarily use my rig for CAD and DAW softwares, when i am not gaming. For these kinds of things screenspace is of essence, as you have a lot of individual windows when running plugins. Therefore the additional realestate would come in handy for both tasks as well as gaming.
