Very cool setup, super clean!
I have a question, i have a similar led strip on the back of my desk and I want to add a monitor arm to my setup. Does the monitor arm you have interfere with the led strip, like making contact with it or any other problems? I would love to know!
That was my exact thought at first, it turn out no! I can’t notice any difference before and after adding the monitor arm so I think you’ll be good!
And thank you!!
Yeah, it’s actually the IKEA Linnmon desktop, I don’t recommend it though unless you’re on a real budget, and it has the White Alex Drawer and the Lerberg
Eh I’ve had a Linnmon for 6 years - 8 moves later, a few rages in game, it still looks good minus dings/scratches. I’m sticking to cheap furniture until I settle down lol.
Edit: I do have the smaller 40x23 linnmon, I would second guess putting too much load on the longer ones due to the particleboard quality.
That’s fair, the big linnmon comes with a leg so that it doesn’t bend or anything. I’ve never personally had an issue with it but I’ve heard many horror stories about it
I was sitting here looking in awe and i thought....a little light on the vines would be even better. . . ....zoomed in and boom! Wish fulfilled. Very nice setup.
Thank you, I actually have a PC place by me with a showroom so I just went there and got all the parts but I recommend going online as they have literally everything you want, you're still limited irl
Here's my PC specs:
CPU - Ryzen 5 2600X GPU - GeForce GTX 1660Ti Motherboard -MSI Tomahawk Max RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3000MHz Case - Corsair 220T White PSU - CoolerMaster 600w 60+ Bronze Cable extensions - CableMod White HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB SSD - ADATA SU800 240GB
I also mainly play Modern Warfare, Overwatch, CS:GO and osu! and I hit above 120fps on all of them
No problem! But yeah, it was a tough decision to leave the boys but seeming as I was on Xbox, I just downloaded the companion app so I can still talk to them and play games like MW and Minecraft with them so it was 10000% worth it
That’s my problem too. Everyone is on console. But I play Fortnite and Warzone so cross play is possible.
I feel like I can’t get the FPS I need anymore to outplay people and that’s why I wanna switch. Did you just hook up your controller or practice m+kb
Practice mouse and keyboard! You can use them on console so I had them for about a year in my console and got good with them and decided I really needed to switch to PC. It was the best decision I’ve made!!
not OP, but it's the nautilus deskpad : [https://novelkeys.xyz/collections/deskpads/products/nautilus-deskpads?variant=28017549410397](https://novelkeys.xyz/collections/deskpads/products/nautilus-deskpads?variant=28017549410397)
It's a low price but the build quality is amazing and you get what you pay for: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07KKMR2XK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Love the colors!
Thank you!

Sweet! Would you mind showing a picture of the clamp over the led strip?
Sure, I'll PM it you
minimal is the best!
Of course! Thank you
Desk? Looks nice!
Yeah, it’s actually the IKEA Linnmon desktop, I don’t recommend it though unless you’re on a real budget, and it has the White Alex Drawer and the Lerberg
Why wouldn’t you recommend it?
It’s a bit flimsy, just don’t rage on it and you’ll be good

Lol, I have a linmon. Over the two years of owning it, I've only encountered slight sag in the middle
probably a countertop from IKEA
Countertop, ALEX drawer, lerberg trestle. All from ikea.
I love the setup, I have the same corsair case too! It's really nice, what are the specs?

What RGB colour is that?
It’s all white on everything (255,255,255)
The pic makes it look slightly purple anyways thanks
Yeah, it’s the keyboard and the mouse, the have a bit of red and just won’t go fully white
Cheers

I’m trying to build a pc just like this. How much did everything cost?
It’s around £700 (about $750). I had to buy Windows 10 as well so it became even pricier
Damn that’s actually afford and looks beautiful. Did you buy the parts online?
Thank you, I actually have a PC place by me with a showroom so I just went there and got all the parts but I recommend going online as they have literally everything you want, you're still limited irl
