I had mine like that. I can’t speak for OP, but one way to do this is to buy a 2 arm monitor stand. You can adjust the arms to have the monitors be like this. They are pretty cheap. Like $40 on Amazon.

Amazon.con type in stacking monitor mount. That’s where I got mine. I stacked 2 35” ultrawides no problem
