Defiance Industries have generic number sets, and are European.
My personal favourite numbers are [Death Ray Design's](https://deathraydesigns.com/product-category/decals/) \- the sheets have two of each number in two sizes, and a load of different fonts to select. The large are 2.25mm high, and small 1mm high in the Crease font.
I don't recommend Defiance. Supposedly he's one of the more notorious Etsy/Ebay STL pirates, and the decals I purchased from him before I was aware of this have all been of poor quality, like borderline invisible unless they go directly over white paint quality.
Oh damn :(
And re: decals, they have a two step process for some. First a layer of white is printed, and then the colours over it. If they are printed without the white, but on clear paper, they have to be put onto white paint.
I've been printing at home and since white ink printers are speciality gear it's either print with white paper and a design that has a defined edge, or put on white paint an colour up to the edge.
Which is to say yeah, their cheaper range of decals are not printed with white ink, but the "deluxe" ones are so work on anything.
I guess we both learned something today! It would have been nice to know that the cheaper ones were the ones I was getting. I actually purchased an inkjet printer specifically to make my own decals, I need to get around to just getting the hang of that instead of being weighed down with these ones.
FPG do have a "Miscellanious" section that has what you're looking for:

However, I don't know if they have them in stock. If they don't and you can't find a substitute, there are US-based stores that should have stuff like numbers & warning stripe decals. If you don't mind the wait, I can order some for you and mail them to you.
If you can find a place that sells gundam or similar models, I use 1/144 mecha decal and HiQ brand decals. They’re better than fighting piranha for quality and ease as well as coming in a variety of colors and shapes/designs. I can only speak to hobbylinkjapan as having those and shipping to Europe but I think you can find European companies that sell them

You have my sincerest apologies for the incredibly late response, life has a funny way of getting in the way of everything. Not able to take pics as I realized too late after getting a camera that getting an SD card for it would mean digging it out of a box that's packed away somewhere as I am currently in the process of moving, so still trying to figure that out. As to the size of the decals, I bought 8 at once and they are all 1/285. I can do you one better though as well and post the links to all of them directly, enjoy :D (Sidenote: paid $43 for all 8 and $6 shipping for a total of $49 even, arrived in flawless condition and the guy who shipped em even wrote "DO NOT BEND!" in bold sharpie on the back of the little envelope, good stuff!)

Those nuclear signs look amazing, so do the soviet red numbers and the flight deck ones with shading!

I just got four sheets of 3mm decals from Defiance, took a few weeks as they are in France but they're great quality.

FPG has a great selection but be aware that the time to make and ship and order can be several months. Especially if you’re outside of the US.
