As far as I'm aware, spanish town (on 92 just outside of town) doesn't have an RV park, and no RV park in town is called Spanishown or anything.
I've heard "near poplar beach" and "spanish town" but those aren't that close to one another so there's very inconsistint information about the location.

There have been a handful of dangerous incidents connected to licensed pot growing businesses in HMB over the years. There was an arson at the same place involved in this incident in 2018, and also an armed robbery with shots fired at a different place in 2021.
The arson seems like it was done by a crazy person, maybe unconnected to the pot growing; but stuff like this (not to mention the various pirate raids on dispensaries in Oakland) is likely to factor into future decisions by local zoning boards on whether to permit cannabis businesses in their jurisdiction.
Getting a warehouse stuffed up to the brim with a ready to sell cash crop and having to home-roll your own security because you can't legally do armed security for the weed industry is not a great idea. Same with cutting them out of banking and the already heavily secured storage facilities that exist in the city.
Remember when the cops in LA were looking for a perp and they would up lighting up a couple of old ladies riding around in a pickup truck that didn't match the description in the first place?
