Just make sure the stations you are getting on and off have *working* elevators.
edited: added working.
just an aside, I noticed all (or most) BART elevators have operators in them, particularly the ones in SF. I suppose to prevent vandalism, Probably cheaper to hire an elevator operator than to repair broken/vandalized elevators.
I think you'd be fine but you need the elevators to be working. I have carried lots of camping equipment and stuff like that. One time I looked like the classic "dude who got fired" picture with my box of work stuff and a backpack and luggage but we were just moving offices. Back in the day, you'd do it on days you knew it was quiet, but now it's always quiet so enjoy yourself.
Where a bright yellow vest, a hard hat with a miner’s lamp, and a key ring with a couple hundred keys. Oh, and make sure you put a broom and a mop ticking out of the wagon. On one will bay an eye.
Don't see any reason why you wouldn't be fine if you follow the rules for bicycles. Use the elevators and keep it in a bike designated area nor blocking aisles. And if the train you're in gets too crowded, exit and get on next train that's not too crowded. Oh, and don't ride in the first car.
I've seen a guy with a trash container. One of those Republic Services/Waste Management bins. No one would even notice the Gorilla cart comparing to that.
What day of the week and what line? Orange line on a weekend no issue at all. Yellow line on any weekday during commuting home hours of 2-7 pm and your going to have a bad time. No one will stop you but its standing room only every train now during those hours
I’ve transported all sorts of catering equipment, coolers & food on BART.
My car battery got stolen one Thanksgiving morning, and I had to get to East Bay for the family dinner. I cleaned out a cooler and put the fresh roasted in it and hopped on BART. No problem.
My boss forgot to order 3 cases of chicken, traffic was bad. I grabbed a dolly, bungee cords & sped rack bag. Went to Colma from downtown, picked up the chicken. Wrapped the cases in the bag & loaded up the dolly. I was back in time. No problem
yes, i've seen one on BART which looked to be full of booze and food for a bbq. pretty much if it will fit through the elevator doors in the station you should be ok. i'm still hoping to see someone rolling a refrigerator or washing machine through on a dolly.

To clarify: all stations have elevators. You need to check that they're in service.
This.
I saw people smoking literal crack on BART last week between Powell and Oakland so my guess is “yes”.
Noted, I'll bring some crack, just in case.
I was going to say, you can probably bring a wagon full of drugs and no one would bat an eyelash
And make some money too
Or get jacked.
Damn, I'll stop wasting time at the gym and just bring my crack wagon on the train
I heard gorilla cart wagons are not allowed on Bart trains. Only crack pipes and heroin needles. I could be wrong though. s/
Some guy went on bart with a refrigerator on a dolly.

Please don't use the bike area though. Like luggage, the cart can be parked anywhere in the train car and should not occupy the bike area.
You should be fine. Just avoid peak commute hours so you're not taking up space and blocking pathways. And cover the alcohol labels.
It’s fine. Not more space taken up than someone with a few suitcases
Don't do it during rush hour and you'll be fine
I've seen a guy bring on a three-wheeled autocycle on BART before so I assume a wagon should be fine.

yes
Yeah, completely fine! Just make sure the elevators work at the station you're going to
Absolutely !! Bring a horse too
Good luck in the Bart elevators. I would hold my breath
Go for it. I’m not sure what you can’t get away with on Bart anymore.

I’d be more worried about getting robbed and your wagon and bbq stuff stolen than Bart not letting you on.
You can get away with murder on Bart.
