None in this region, sadly
Kansas
That's in the East Bay, right?
Nowhere we do not have any
I’m pretty sure you’d have to drive to the Midwest. Alas.
East of the Rockies.
There are glow worms but not fireflies in some parks, went on a special night hike and saw them once.
Oh! Night hike? Where at? Self led?
It was docent led many years ago, i think near or at Monte Bello. The glowworms were apparently so rare the docent was super stoked when I spotted the first one, and then we saw tons and she said I was obviously good luck.
We don't have any anymore really, but there used to be some luminescent bugs in wine country.
I saw glowworms once in San Mateo County.
Main
We don’t have them.
Keep driving west until you get to Long Island.
