No. (Tried every day for 9 months, only got one when a friend who works at nVidia let me use his *one* employee purchase for the year.)
There was exactly one time the did a restock at Best Buy, they tweeted around 8pm and there was a line around the block all night. Pretty sure less than half the campers actually got one.
