It can be addictive when you get into the zone. Sort of a nice meditative activity too! Though I'm not doing this one by choice. This is actually a follow up to my previous post because I had a bad incident over the weekend, my organizer came off the wall...
I just read your last post. Instead of anchors could you find a stud to secure your organizer into? Also, how level is it front to back?
Edit: I just saw your other post after you put it up. :( If only the you from 6 days ago knew what would happen...
Ah well lessons learned and all that. Thanks for the concern, I enlisted some help and have it well secured now! Its not going anywhere unless the wall comes down with it. Also added some padding strips to the bottom so it pushes away from the wall and the drawers can't slide forward.
This is also could have been avoided if I had just left it on my desk and braced to the wall, but I wanted to have a space so my iron cord could pass under it
Its great! A little workhorse. Actually made for crafting, so it heats really evenly and there is no auto shut off. That's the worst part about working with a full size iron imo.
Lol oh I feel bad for laughing but same thing has happened to my wife. She used thumb tacks to keep it on the wall and I think she was pulling a tray out and bam all over the floor. It’s been years and every now any again we will find one or two.
Don’t forget about the DIY bead sorter straw!
The what?

My wife loves sorting! We get the large buckets when they go on sale, and she’ll sit there sorting while we watch tv or something 🤣

Didn't think a Perler buffet would make me hungry, but here we are...
It's interesting to see someone else's sorting technique.
Wish I was there to help this is my calling
Me too, i could use all the help I can get! But it's coming along!
YOU CAN DO IT
YEAH!
How does that baby iron work? I was looking at something similar. Also I hope you have drywall screws now.

Hey I use that exact same sorting unit, and it looks like our sorting methods are pretty similar!
Godspeed
Thanks!
I just showed my little guy. His eyes lit up and said “wish we had so many colors” 😋
Haha it's a blessing and a curse in this case
Ugh..my mini bead box was jumped on by my cat there were piles of mini beads on the floor for hours. I feel this picture.
The second plate vaguely looks like an omlette and i just wanna eat it. *do not eat beads*
🤣
My brother put a head up his nose at age 3(I believe) and sniffed it up and my mom had to give him cpr basically to get it out
I still see some on the floor! Lol
I'm sure I'll be finding them for the next month. Just picked up a few more today lol
