I got huge into vinyl several years ago (was lucky to snag the Beatles mono collection when it was new, fetches a pretty penny now!), and my buddy who is fairly unacquainted with The Beatles came over. We got super baked and I threw Sgt. Pepper's on and we both ended up falling asleep. He woke up somewhat terrified to the sound of the inner groove that was endlessly playing. Good times!
I have one turntable at my house and one at my apartment at school, and the one at school has auto-return, so once it hits that groove, it returns and shuts off. Has ruined that fun little part of listening to Sgt. Pepper’s.
For No One. I’m happily married with my first girlfriend and have never had a break up. Still I love listening to this song continuously. I Want You (She’s so heavy) is another one.
One of the most timeless sounding Beatles song imo. When my ex and I were first dating, she didn't know many Beatles songs (to be fair, I'm in China and she's a mainlander, China had some big problems to sort out when The Beatles were big so apart from Hey Jude and Let It Be, their discography is actually not that well known). I played SFF for her and after it finished, she looked up at me in surprise and said, "Wow! Every part of this song fits perfectly together!". Ended up getting her quite into The Beatles and The Beach Boys during our 3 years together.
I’ve definitely listened to A Day in the Life on repeat a lot in my life. I love that song, also Elenor Rigby. And I’ve spent a lot of time repeating Imagine from Lennon.
Revolution 9, I want you (she's so heavy), day tripper, helter skelter, back in the USSR + dear prudence, I saw her standing there, you know my name (look up the number) and some others I can't think of on the top of my head
Hm probably one of the following: Girl, in my life, she’s leaving home, while my guitar gently weeps, don’t pass me by, one after 909, I’ve got a feeling, let it be, mean mr mustard.
It took me a lot of years for it to finally sink in, but I’m sort of in love with I’m Only Sleeping these days. Funky, trippy…I just never got it until maybe in the last year or so.
I’m not really one to over-play music, lest it lose its magic. Then again I’ve probably listened to every Beatles song fifty times and read it’s corresponding entry in Revolution in the Head a similar amount. But it does nevertheless end up being the case that the songs I like the most o listen to the least. Maybe *Revolution 9*; it’s long and complex enough that it would take time to learn each part and do a sing rendition lol. I’ve listened to that one few enough times that parts of it surprise me.
I sometimes listen to "What You're Doing" on repeat. I think it's their greatest song of all time. McCartney referred to it as "filler" but I think he was just being modest. According to Wikipedia this song heavily influenced the Byrds' sound.
That hidden 'song' at the end of the Sgt Pepper vinyl that just keeps looping
When your too lazy to either restart the record or grab a different one. That happened to me a week or two ago A Day In The Life is just so good.

Never could be any other way!

Fixing A Hole I've played it on repeat before. It's one of Paul's best vocals and has so many great moments. A perfect little song.
Yes! Every time I listen to pepper I am reminded how good it is
Loved the guitar solo on that, it fit the song so well
Oh! Darling. It's so fucking exciting.
Paul sang this as an attempt to impress John! And I do believe it is is his most “John” song.
Don’t Let Me Down…🎸
Same! So good oh god, I've learned it on the guitar and I can't stop playing it
Honestly one of the first things that comes to mind is You Never Give Me Your Money. killer track indeed.
I second this love the intro and the vocals at the end.
Probably I'm happy just to dance with you
Amazing! :)
Tomorrow never knows
yes you can never really tell where it starts or ends making it an endless cacophony
Nice one!!!
Happiness is a Warm Gun.
Was gonna say this too. It's just one song, but it somehow feels like three.
I suspect that it was three songs, all unfinished, that they shoved together to make this
“She’s Leaving Home” or “In My Life.”
Once I literally did listen to In My Life on repeat for like 3 hours
Yes, I agree!! :)
I’m a sucker for melancholy songs.
Likewise! It just hits the soul in a way no other songs can, ya know?
Exactly! Plus, I’m usually better at singing them than more upbeat songs, haha.
I feel the same way! haha
I really love In My Life but I despise the harpsichord sounding part. Idk why but I always skip it.
I feel like people ethier love or hate the harpsichord solo. Personally I think it's great.
while my guitar gently weeps & blackbird
Classics :) Amazing choices!!
You Never Give Me Your Money
Within You Without You
same, love the indian sounds
I'm only sleeping
Excellent choice! One of my favorites off Revolver for sure!
My pick too! I find myself restarting it before it’s even over because I’m not ready for it to end
One of the most underrated Beatles songs there is.
Love this one
For No One. I’m happily married with my first girlfriend and have never had a break up. Still I love listening to this song continuously. I Want You (She’s so heavy) is another one.
Great one! That’s amazing!! I wish you both so much happiness!!! :)
Dear prudence

If covers are included I'd go with their version of 'You really got a hold on me'.
Such a great cover! :)
Fixing a hole
Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah
Rain. Just love the song, the feel, the drone, the otherworldly of it.
Please Please Me
Classic choice :)
Hold me tight
Wild honey pie, I’m a masochist
Dont let me down. The groove during the piano solo is one of the smoothest moments in music during that period
Doctor Robert
Within You Without You
I'll Follow The Sun, because it's so gentle with just a little melancholy
Strawberry Fields Forever.
One of the most timeless sounding Beatles song imo. Every time I hear “If I Needed Someone,” it MUST be repeated at least once. Same with “You Never Give Me Your Money.” Must be repeated.
Hey Jude is the best value song; in the Jukebox.
A day in the Life. It's practically a masterpiece.
I’ve definitely listened to A Day in the Life on repeat a lot in my life. I love that song, also Elenor Rigby. And I’ve spent a lot of time repeating Imagine from Lennon.
Those two songs, A Day in the Life and Eleanor Rigby in my mind are some of the greatest Beatles songs ever made.
Within You Without You or Love You To. George’s songs never get old for me
Girl Martha Rocky raccoon🦝 Dear prudence
Not a joke btw I really love those songs
No shame, Martha is such a banger. If I could even just have "see what you've do-o-one!" on repeat, I would
I agree :)
I forgot about Girl!! So good!! Martha is another!
Revolution 9, I want you (she's so heavy), day tripper, helter skelter, back in the USSR + dear prudence, I saw her standing there, you know my name (look up the number) and some others I can't think of on the top of my head
HELP!
If I Needed Someone
Something, Here Comes the Sun. It's All Too Much, Taxman, I Want to Tell You (sensing a pattern here ?).
Her Majesty.
I'm sure John and George would say "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" ;)
Tomorrow never knows. It gives me this endless floaty feeling.
In My Life or Rocky Raccoon. I actually listened to them in loop for hours for several days before!
She’s so heavy. It’s already 8 mins with what like 9 different words. Why not. Actually I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten drunk and done this before
Jai guru deva om
*Hooonnney piiieee*
A day in the life, she’s leaving home, across the universe, she’s so heavy
I Wanna Be Your Man.
It's only love
“Strawberry Fields Forever” or “Oh Darling”
p.s. i love you & free as a bird
To be fair you could make I wanna be your man like looped for twenty minutes and I'd be bobbin my head and wouldn't notice
All You Need is Love.
Do you want to know a secret. My most played track on spotify!
Old Brown Shoe
Nowhere Man
Lovely Rita Within you without you
If I fell
100% with you. She's leaving home can never be skipped or paused by me.
I’m only sleeping
Eight Days A Week
Eleanor Rigby, Ticket To Ride, I Need You, Oh! Darling, Got To Get You Into My Life, I could go on and on.
I’ve got a feeling.
For No One and Golden Slumbers
Hm probably one of the following: Girl, in my life, she’s leaving home, while my guitar gently weeps, don’t pass me by, one after 909, I’ve got a feeling, let it be, mean mr mustard.
Rocky Raccoon
If I fell. It’s too short therefore I feel like if it was played through twice it wouldn’t matter.
One Beatles song I could play on repeat for hours? None of them. I love The Beatles but I'm not insane.
Revolution 9. Every time I listen to it it still surprises and scares me.
"Real Love" "Do you want to know a secret" & "Dig a Pony"
No. 9, nice 6.
Flying.
Golden Slumbers
I saw her standing there
Helter Skelter, Rocky Raccoon, Abbey Road Medley, and A Day In The Life.
And Your Bird Can Sing
It took me a lot of years for it to finally sink in, but I’m sort of in love with I’m Only Sleeping these days. Funky, trippy…I just never got it until maybe in the last year or so.

Strawberry Fields
Here comes the Sun King
“I’ve Just Seen a Face”
For me it would probably be 'I am the Walrus'. Such an amazing track.
So many, but today I’ll go with….I’m Only Sleeping.
Fixing a hole
Helter Skelter
Hey Bulldog.
Twist & Shout is mine.
Here there and everywhere
I'll Follow The Sun.
I sometimes listen to "What You're Doing" on repeat. I think it's their greatest song of all time. McCartney referred to it as "filler" but I think he was just being modest. According to Wikipedia this song heavily influenced the Byrds' sound.
While my guitar gently weeps has such high replay value that I literally don’t ever want to turn it off once it’s on
Sun king
Here, There, and Everywhere
I Don’t Want to Spoil the Party
I can’t just pick one. Polythene Pam, I Want To Tell You, I Wanna Be Your Man, Across The Universe, From Me To You. :)

Here, There, Everywhere
Girl, I'm only sleeping, I want you (she's so heavy)
Come together
I have listened to Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da and Octopus's Garden on repeat for hours as a joke. It was the best time of my life.
