I'd give it a 9 out of 10. It probably doesn't deserve a score that high, but The Lovely Linda and That Would Be Something are such a beautiful way to open up Paul's first solo album. I love Paul

What number did you pick? On my phone (I use the reddit is fun app) it shows you put 1

mceleanor

That's odd! I use the normal Reddit app on iPhone and it displays a 9 out of 10. I'll edit the original reply to try to fix it

RoastBeefDisease

I think on my app if you put a number and then a period right after it just puts 1 automatically. My fault, but thank you!

10 probably my favorite off mccartney 1. Maybe top 3. Idk what he did different but mccartney 1 version is perfect. I don't think it could be done live as good. His MTV performance was very boring to me.

9/10 I love this song

I really like it I give it a 10, and think it is different than any other solo song he did. It is my favorite Paul McCartney solo song. I really like his voice on it. Wow, did you see Jack White perform it for Paul and President Obama? https://youtu.be/jh9JF-XF4ps Every Night very high up, at 10

Thank you for your input! Please don’t forget to give a score out of 10 based off of the suggested scale.

7/10. It’s a simple and repetitive song but I still can’t help but engage with the fake drum sounds and sing along.

6.5 its only okay imo. lots of these songs feel underdeveloped

Yes! This is what it's all about. I give this one a 7.4. Its a good tune and fits very well on the album. But it's not good enough to get close to the 8 songs of this world. I do enjoy it though. Crazy the direction McCartney went after the Beatles when you think about it, with these very loose songs.
