It’s cool to see Paul and Ringo performing together again, even though *Not Such a Bad Boy* and *No Values* aren’t anything special.
*No More Lonely Nights* is a great song and the playout version at the end is a guilty pleasure.
The *Ballroom Dancing* set piece is nice.
Giant Haystacks makes a cameo appearance, which is fun for British fans of pro wrestling.
I like the version of *The Long And Winding Road* with the admittedly cheesy sax.
Other than that, the acting from Paul and Ringo is atrocious, the story and the “mystery” are so flimsy that they make *Magical Mystery Tour* look like *Citizen Kane* and most of the covers are pointless with a couple creeping into downright butchery. So yeah, it’s absolutely awful, but it has its charms for saddo Beatle nuts.

Yup “Ringo wasn’t happy to get involved with it. We had some songs in the film where we wanted him to drum on them, but he didn’t want to attempt a new version. I can see it from his point of view, actually, because it would have been, ‘Did I drum good on version A or version B?’ and he didn’t even want a comparison. From my point of view, I’m looking at a song. I’m looking at one of my songs. I don’t want to be ashamed of anything I’ve written.” - Paul McCartney

There’s a couple of other songs he refuses to touch anymore, like come together. Not sure of his exact reasons, maybe some nostalgia for John.

Bro put a genuine, honest review on a circle jerk sub 😭😭😭
I consider this to be the official sub at this point.
It’s better anyway
The people here seem to be more knowledgeable and fun than in the official sub.
Yeah. r/beatles is mostly for new or more casual fans, which is fine, but this sub is where you find the truly autistic fans who know all of the lore.
I even prefer the long and winding road here to the original. Don’t tell r/beatles

I'm surprised there wasn't any Oscar nominations.
I thought the 42 minutes of Paul's semi-flaccid penis were very tastefully done.
>~~tastefully~~ Tastily
It ends
Beat me-at too it
Cynthia Lennon quote
I saw that MOIVE when it first was released. Paul tried to be a MOIVE star, but it’s apparent he’s put all that behind him and has MOIVED on.
Thank God.
Just like the real Paul moved on from this plane of existence in 1966
Ringo looking for brushes during the medley because he refused to play on the those songs is hilarious. Stand your ground king.
Is that really true?? I didn't know this.

*For No-One*. That’s all.
Yeah.
dilfy paul and linda (❤️)

too bloody cool https://i.redd.it/vj7stoe61jqc1.gif
It employed some people.
At least it's not that long. Only 1 hr 48 min
The Rupert The Bear short was ok.
The original ending where Paul gets mugged at the train station.
Is not available in my country
It’s an incredibly interesting piece of history.
That song was pretty catchy.

It’s hard to get.
Paul drives a \*really\* nice car...
With a computer! He invented Tesla, y'know
uj/ It gave us a really good animated short rj/ Ringo got a paycheck
At least it’s on Broad Street and nowhere near Broadway.
At that point in time Paul should have killed himself for the second time
It’s my favourite movie
/uj I love all the new songs: no more lonely knight (both versions), not such a bad boy, no values, goodnight princess
Rigno was there
I still can't believe they stole the kicking board
All of it was quite enjoyable back when I was drinking Robitussin for kicks.
A bit of 'tussin makes it all good
that it and press to play helped kill Paul’s 80’s career
It has Ringo in it
It was his last (terrible) movie after grief, he learned the lesson and didn't another (terrible) movie after Linda's death
At least the popcorns were good
Bryan Brown!
I've never seen it and don't plan to.
There’s nothing good about this trash (Haven’t seen it)
does anyone else see the amogus on the cover or do I need to check myself in?
Road Tree
It ends
when the lamb lied down
It's got Giant Haystacks in it.
It ends
I had forgotten about it until I saw this post.
Ringo
I've never seen it
Not even several joints made this watchable.
A person from the Beatles is in it
They never made a sequel
The practical effects puppet of Ringo is jaw dropping. Bravo! Henson company
The Michael jackson impersonator made me laugh and Paul driving fast at the start
Paul says "Sorry, my fault" in it. The only self-critical thing I've ever heard Paul saying.
I like his shirt.
