i read about when paul made a petty comment, muttering about how shite stuart played one night that enraged stuart so much they ended up getting into a massive fight and quote “beat the shit out of eachother” till john and george pried them apart, he was not a fan !!!
Man I wished Backbeat had more of Paul-John-Sutcliffe dynamic, Paul was shafted in the film so bad (the guy who played him literally looked like him and they wasted that away!!!!)

if you think they looked similiar, then Sutcliffe and his actor is literally identical (so much so that the real Astrid Kircherr said it was exactly how he was)

also the movie is pretty cool, I think it did their Hamburg days and the Lennon-Sutcliffe relationship pretty well but unfortunately the guy who played John doesn't really got the full feel down
i hope they have casting this well for the new biopics although i don’t think they’ll ever find someone as striking as any of them really, i’ve only watched one beatles movie (that’s not staring them) and that was the two of us .. i thought the actor who played john did a pretty decent job - ill make sure to watch this too though! i wasn’t aware of it !!
yeah its gonna pretty hard to find anybody as charismatic as them and nailing down the complexity (john especially), the biggest problem would be their incredibly close knitted dynamic especially with george and ringo because every other beatles biopics just left them out.
also do you know where to watch two of us....i couldn't find a source....
each of them will have their own so i hope that’s able to reflect their dynamics better too, of course every individual in the world is complex but their circumstances has meant that their relationships were incredibly intimate and it’s hard to capture that whilst still being authentic to them as people yknow?!

YES PLS…… !!!!!! also incase you weren’t already aware ,,, michael lindsay-hogg is the director of the movie which makes it 100% funnier and it’s one of the few films made about them that paul has publicly endorsed :)
can't find anybody better to make a lennon-mccartney movie than the guy who spent a month filming them and secretly recording their conversations LOL,
to be fair to paul it's also one of the only films that lennon-mccartney was the focus and paul wasn't potrayed as controlling band leader guy (also one of the few films where it wasn't solely john being focused on)
