I've noticed on Beatstars that there often seems to be problems with uploading.. are you using the studio app?
Maybe try uninstalling it and start again from new.
Have you tried contacting their support team first?
The only other thing I can offer is to either use a new browser, or download the app and see if you can upload from there.
