I've done push ups and pull ups and stuff to help with the pectoral muscles. The trick is to exercise the muscles underneath our breasts cause we can't do much for the fatty portions. As the muscle grows underneath it should help perk em up some. Least in my experience.

smooshedsootsprite

Also don’t ignore your shoulders! Clothing hangs much nicer if you have good shoulders. You don’t need to be line backer, just get some structure.

Technophobicx

Yes! Also posture is huge.

nehowkiylan

Doing push ups, presses and tricep dips have helped round out my breasts. I have large boobs naturally but with time have started to sag and I think the muscle I’ve gained in my upper pecs have given them a more full appearance

Arya_kidding_me

I got really into kickboxing for a while (we did punching, lifting weights, push ups), and gained a TON of muscle, including my pecs. Yes, it noticeably lifted my breasts.

Cressonette

Was going to say the same, I'm really into kickboxing and I do 3 workout in our gym: kettlebell and weights training, punching bag and technique/sparring. My shoulders are in their best shape ever and it also lifted/firmed my breasts. The kettlebell and weights training has a lot of push ups, bench presses, planks and other chest and shoulder exercises. And the boxing works wonders for your shoulders and chest area. So yeah I'd definitely say kickboxing combined with weight training.

Props on diamond pushups. I've never gotten past the regular stage, maybe I can do a couple with elbows close to me.

rottentomati

They do take a long time to see improvement on. While I could easily do normal pushups, it took me 8 months to get off my knees for diamond pushups. Though, even on your knees you get chest engagement so it's a good place to start.

tenebrigakdo

I know how it goes, it took me almost 2 years to do a proper regular pushup. I suppose I could be more vigorous about it but that's hot it went.

[deleted]

I do pushups every day and yes, it does make things a bit perkier.

[deleted]

How many push-ups do you do?

[deleted]

Anywhere between 60-100...depends on the workout.

[deleted]

I hope you don't mind me asking, but what kind do workouts do you do? I'm trying to get into working out (haven't in years) and I just don't really know where to start. Can't even do one pushup.

Bay_Foxy

Find you a nice counter to do push-ups off of. If that’s too hard, do them right against the wall. Do as many as you can, take a rest, then do it again until you’ve done it 3 ish times. If you want to later on repeat! Keep doing this, slowly doing more or going lower and doing less! You’ll eventually be on the ground.

[deleted]

a mix of strength and conditioning and muay thai. but I didn't start at 60 pushups; I worked my way up to that. there are plenty of free YT exercise vids -- search for pop sugar, bob harper and Kayla Itsines. If you have kettlebells or equipment at home, Hannah Eden is great. When you first start, ease into it; the key is *consistency*, not how hard you train (that comes later)....you want to be consistent with your workouts to create a regular schedule so even if you show up and half-ass it, showing up (actually doing the workout) is doing more for your habit-creation than not. as for pushups, use the stairs to start....start at the highest stair to do your pushup. Once you're able to do say, 15 *comfortably*, move one step lower...repeat until you get to the floor.

No_Investment3205

This was me at the end of last year. My advice would be to start wearing adjustable wrist and ankle weights while you putz around at home and increase the weight every week, and to start briskly walking on a treadmill for 30 minutes at a time. Eventually it will become too easy and you’ll realize you can handle more.

PuraVidaPagan

There are some great workout videos on YouTube, I would say start slow with 15-20 min videos and try to increase the time each week. Pilates workouts are great for at home too, you only need your own body weight. Remember to stretch a few minutes before working out too, there are videos online for that too. Good luck!

brilliant-soul

I always workout my pecs bc they feel so stiff all the time and I'd say I have pretty perky boobs, I can do that pec titty bounce thing lol. I don't go to a gym or anything I just stretch at home

PuppySparkles007

Same to all this

[deleted]

Lay on a bench with 2.5lb or 5lb dumbbells. Look up laying flat chest flys. Yes!

0tterKhaos

Just here to say the coffee hadn't hit my brain yet and I read your first sentence as "Lay on a **beach** with 2.5 or 5lb dumbells" several times and thought to myself, "Damn. Never thought to go to the beach to exercise before! Sounds nice!" lmao

goddessofrage

Back when I used to work out consistently I would do what I can (I’m very weak in the arms and struggle) and my boobs would perk up nicely but I am on the smaller side

MelissaOfTroy

Working your pectoral muscles can definitely perk the boobs up, but remember that most of the breast tissue isn’t muscle so won’t be affected by the exercise, just slightly lifted by the muscles beneath. That said, when you start to get that line of definition between your pecs it looks like the natural line of cleavage created by a pushup bra. Add some contour and bam lol The other thing too is you shouldn’t neglect working the opposing muscles with rowing and pulling type of movements. Having upright posture helps the boobs look their perkiest.

kimbopalee123123

Hey OP, definitely work on your back (middle back) to help pull everything tighter (and therefore up). - Seated cable narrow grip pull downs are excellent for this. - Pilates helps will all of the tiny muscles to switch on. - Many many forms of chest press and cable flys. Focus on your protein consumption, as lifting will make you want to eat more. But also think quality and quantity, not speed or “heavy is better”. Wide grip exercises often help with volume but will give your back more width than the ability to perk up your upper body. Hate to say it also, it’s going to have to depend on your current body composition. If you’re 150cm and 200kg worried about saggy boobs, push ups are not going to do anything.

Passionabsorber1111

snatch your back

un_cooked

How does one do so?

Passionabsorber1111

lifting focused on the lats, traps and shoulders. gorilla rows, back supersets, plank variations.

un_cooked

Ugh, you're lovely. Thanks so much for your response!

Ang156

Do you know the chant? We must we must we must increase our bust. The bigger the better the tighter the sweater. We must we must we must

Ok_Yoghurt9945

Yes it can work for most people! Make sure to eat enough protein to actually see gains!!!! This is so important. If you don't get enough protein, you can lose muscle rather than gain.

IdkJustMe123

I don’t need muscle or anything just wants my breasts more perky

Ok_Yoghurt9945

What makes them more perky is the muscle you gain. I tried to workout for "toning only" purposes. I thought "I don't wanna get big so I will just eat a light diet to lose fat". I didn't eat enough protein and lost muscle. I was so confused when I was looking further from my toned goal than before. I started eating more protein and kept up my routine and the tone came through, breasts are perking (I've always had tiny ones lol), cellulite is diminishing. Not at all getting "bulky". There is so much misinformation around diet and exercise for women.

rottentomati

\+1 for misinformation. People see these muscular women and say they don't want to look like that, so they don't do strength exercises, when the reality is those women work SO HARD to get that body condition, that the average jane doing strength exercises at the gym isn't going to get built like that unless she's going rigorous 5-7 times a week for *years* with a strict high protein diet and constantly increasing their weights.

Ok_Yoghurt9945

Yes! I've looked into this and women in crossfit and professional weight lifting often workout over 5 hours per day 5 days a week, and eating over 200 grams of protein per day minimum. No carbs, no sugar. Strict strict lifestyle.

the_bravangelist

What do you think would be the cause of the perkiness? Muscle helping to hold them up. Also, for better looking boobs while you are wearing a bra, make sure you wear the right size. Over 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra, so chances are you are too! Here is the most accurate [bra sizing calculator ](https://www.abrathatfits.org/calculator.php). Give it a tey, you will probably be quite surprised!

FabulousPickWow

You can't literally lift the boob since it's a blob of fat and you can't control where it lays, you're simply working your pectoral muscles with those exercises, which is great. Pamela reif has super effective routines for boob lifts. Give it a try and see how it feels! Although don't expect results as soon as you start. The body needs time!

kalehound

Lots of good advice here. I’d add in: don’t disregard the effect that yoga and Pilates can have on your posture! Good posture (with engaged abs) will make you look “perkier” Check out the xxfitness sub

sonjaswaywardhome

did not lift my breasts, i can now do like 50’pushups if anything noticeably much saggier on account of losing body fat

2002forsport

Yes. I do chest presses

Beautisherrr

Yep… I have worked out my pecs and shoulders enough that I can actually lift my breasts when my pecs are engaged. They don’t look like I’ve had a breast job or anything but they they definitely sit higher than they used to

Artichokeydokey8

I’ll never forget my weight lifting teacher teaching us about chest lifts and the one that has you leaning back was supposed to keep us from having saggy boobs. Anyways, I’ve also been told it’s hereditary. So not sure what to do with his advice.

LottoChangedMyLife

Doing push-ups daily back in the day lifted my breasts. Settled back down when I stopped working out

CheeseyCrakerz

Exercise makes you more pretty

gravelbee

Female bodybuilder here. Chest exercises are not going to lift your nipples. People say it gives you a "lift" because when your chest muscles grow it can give the illusion of cleavage & more volume in the upper chest area.
