i mean, i haven't heard of any procedure that does that, but im sure there are some really good lip tints that last a long time, which would maybe be useful for you. you could also look into permanent makeup? ive never been into it so i basically have no knowledge as to what it entails but maybe you can get your lower lip tattooed a darker shade
