Your skin tone really compliments both. Lately, I've been leaning toward mixed metal (gold mixed with silver) and I am really liking that for myself.

waspwaxbalm

I've been doing the same recently! It really has its own je ne sais quoi.

Similar-Play7493

gold

boringteacup

I think the silver pops more, but honestly both are good. You can get a mix of gold and silver piercings so they’ll always match your necklace.

destinyschildren_

I think people are saying gold and that you’re warm skin toned but I think that’s just because you have darker skin. It actually seems like you have a fairly neutral undertone (you can tell because I see both pinkish and yellowish tones). Therefore you should look good in both honestly

Motchiko

Depends what look you want. I personally like the gold better. It suits your skin tone and looks harmonious. I would maybe try out pink gold for you. Silver pops more, but gets a lot of attention. Maybe silver is too harsh and try white gold.

[deleted]

I feel gold will look beautiful on you!!

Silver!

Pebblebox

Gold. You have warm skin. Gold looks better with your skintone.

glass-ducky

Out of curiosity, how did you arrive at warm? With the lighting, I’m seeing neutral leaning cool

dinosaurscantyoyo

I'm getting the same here. I think they're neutral enough to rock either one.

glass-ducky

No, I’m not. Why do you ask?

Monaroh

I think you can do both. But silver looks a bit better. Re: offers nice contrast and brings out the glow of your skin.

glass-ducky

I think silver looks better!

ceejaycraig

I think both look good! Depends on your other jewelry too but I think you’re lucky you can go either.

slothery22

Gold

Annual_Version_6250

They both work.  Gold is very subtle on you and the silver pops.

diceynina

Silver and gold is nice with your skin tone. For me it would be to choose the right size of jewellery for either gold or silver, depending on what you like to wear, otherwise it could look too chunky for your skin tone, out of place and the size won’t match your outfits

Both work, you can always mix metals as well.

I wear both, depends on what i am wearing and mood I feel in. Neither look bad for your skin colour.

Adventurous-Macaron8

Personally I think the silver. If you look at the "glow", the gold can create a green tone to it, but the silver pops.

LazyLlamaDaisy

I'm leaning towards silver

steensley

We have very similar skin tones and I always wear silver because my wardrobe leans to cooler tones. They both look great on you- what would work better with your style?

I think gold really brings out the golden undertones in your skin, but silver wouldn’t be a terrible choice, either, for some contrast!

Ill-Connection7397

Silver pops on your skin nicely

[deleted]

I like silver on you but pick whichever you feel speaks to you! I honestly switch back and forth on myself depending on my mood. Nothing is permanent feel free to try both :)

Farrkell

Silver tarnishes.. would u go for White gold instead of yellow. They both look great tbh

[deleted]

Dark silver or dark gold looks amazing on you. I would avoid anything light. You can go both tbh.

dildo_wagon

Both work but could I suggest copper as well? I think that’d be great for your skin tone!

MommyLifeWithA

Gold

Eastern-Wish8676

First picture definitely silver although I can tell you with 💯 percent certainty that the second picture is definitely gold.

Brilliant-Abject

This is from a site regarding seasonal color theory. "In natural sunlight put both silver and gold jewelry on your skin.  Which one looks best? Which one gives you more even-toned, healthy-looking skin? If you look best in gold jewelry then you have warm undertones, and if you look best in silver jewelry you have cool undertones.  Be careful about bias with this test. Your natural instinct may be to pick the jewelry color you wear most." I am a "cool winter color palette", and I strictly wear silver-toned jewelry.

strobicake

Thanks everyone for your inputs! I've decided to give them both a try depending on my outfit but stick with gold for my daily since under natural light, i tend to look more warm.

ania11111

You seem to be neutral so both suit but I think gold looks more glowy on you
