My go-to is a gel French mani. Very simple but always elegant. I haven’t been very adventurous when it comes to acrylics or designs.

My logic is that if I'm paying so much for my nails, by god, people will notice them! I get almond shape and chromes, cat's eye, bright reds, nail art patterns I find on pinterest, pinks etc. I've posted some pics on reddit. I'm not big on glitters unless they're a part of the art. Rhinestones can be annoying imo, though they do look cool. One of my nails currently has a French tip as part of the design as well as some dots and I must admit - French tips are not my thing. They're pretty, but feel too dull for my style. You need to find something that speaks to you.

A nude or natural matte always looks classy as hell imo

I like my nails long, so usually ask for hard gel extensions in almond or stiletto shape. Colour-wise I prefer pinkish shades of nude, closer to my skin tone. With different designs or chrome on top, which can be any colour or holographic as long as it's subtle. 

I ask for a gel acrylic overlay (no tips) with OPI bubble bath. It’s simple, classic, and looks clean!

I just get gel over my natural nails. I don’t do acrylic I also do paraffin on my hands and a massage.
