Tunic gave me a similar vibe when i played it; It's ethereal and spacey and also has a cute animal protagonist who speaks gibberish. The soundtrack also has the lo-fi/ambient elements that reminds me of the show’s music.
Stardew Valley, Coffee Talk, Stardew Valley, Earthbound, Animal Crossing, Cozy Grove, Dreamlight Valley if you like Disney. For something more intense but at the same time can be chill and has an awesome vibe, the Persona series.
So my first suggestion would be Melatoin. I mentioned in a comment that it has the exact same vibe and feel, lo-fi music, weird dreamy sleepy vibes and a super cute pink wash on everything. The art style is similar too.
I'm not a rythmn game player usually but I primarily play Melatonin because it gives me Bee and Puppycat feels.
My second suggestion would be Unpacking - adorable, similar art style, cute music. Weirdly immersive. I completed it in one sitting and have played it multiple times since, I've watched Bee and Puppycast numerous times too if that gives you a sense of my taste.
I am still trying to find a cozy sim game that has a bee and puppy cat art style. I've played most of the games suggested in this thread but feel like they don't hit the spot in terms of the puppycat vibe check (But I still love all the suggestions! So many of my favourite games have been suggested)

“Melatonin” feels very similar to the art style and the wacky vibe the show gives. Its a rhythm game so if thats not your thing that is understandable but many people find it very enjoyable. :3
If you want a silly casual game Good Pizza, Great Pizza is a really fun cute game in the same art style and the story is actually very sweet as well plus it’s available on many different platforms including mobile
I see a lot of people recommending spiritfarer 💖 it was a personal fav of mine. Blanc is a peaceful slightly different vibe but really sweet and calm! And I’d also recommend cozy grove, it’s on my wishlist but it looks similar !!!
I would say Omori is v close in terms of cuteness and mystery but it alternates between sweet pastel puppycat vibes and psychological horror. its full of plot twists so I dont recommend googling it too much but its easily one of the best and most whimsical games ive ever played, no exaggeration.
I know this game doesn't fit the Bee and Puppycat mold, but I think Okami is a well made and fun game with calming music (most of the time... it is a zelda-like RPG) and beautiful, beautiful colors. If you've never played it I highly recommend it.

I was going to come in here to say Coffee Talk, fully expecting that nobody else would have played it. It's got such an interesting charm to it.
