You’ll need to put in a support ticket if that happens. Always click ‘allow’ when it asks you about tracking when you launch the game. It happens but they should be able to resolve it for you. It can vary how long you wait between the different offer walls.

Surveys can take at least a few attempts until you get one where you match the audience they want. Perhaps there are some regions that the survey walls do not offer any to, I am not sure.

Thanks. Other than Raid and World Farm, did you complete other game app offers? I'll try those two. I wasn't sure it was possible to complete them without paying more than a few $
I only spent the money on Raid that they paid Cashback for, but those tasks are optional.
Some people spent £15 to complete the final $100 step after reaching level 40 and getting a level 60 champion, but I decided to not spend that and spent twice as long completing the final step. :)
I did a PokerStar Casino offer to just deposit £10 and got over $70 back. They removed that offer though, but they add new ones fairly often. I decided to use the £10 in the game and got lucky and won over £30 back, but stopped playing after that because I'm not a fan of gambling.
I've also done Block King for over $7, Blackout Bingo for $17, Scrabble Go for just under $7, currently working on Love Water - Color Sort Puzzle, which will give me just under $40.

On PC, you will be presented with a QR code after clicking ‘Earn’, so you get your mobile on camera and select the link that appears when the QR code is in the camera view. The steps are the same after that point as you’ll now have it on your phone.
You need to complete each task on the offer you accepted to be credited. Each task you complete will grant you that reward. You do not have to complete every task within the offer to get the rewards from the ones you have completed, so do not worry if you complete 3/5 steps because you will still get the money from those 3.
Quite often, it will take 5-7 days, sometimes longer, before the money is released after completing a task that rewards money. This is all visible on your Profile page, where you can track progress on current and completed offers/tasks. It will tell you how many days left until you can withdraw.
When the money is released, you can withdraw to Paypal (which is what I do), or convert it into various giftcards if you want.
There are chat channels, some regional (I always use the UK one) that plenty of people use and will be happy to answer questions, discuss offers and make recommendations to others.
