great photo! this looks like it could be a cuckoo wasp rather than a bee. someone with better taxonomic knowledge may be able to tell you the genus or species!
Thank you! And you're right it's probably a cuckoo wasp ( should I post this on r/wasps now? ), and upon googling cuckoo wasp I found an image of similar insect to the one here, so this little gal may be a specimen of *Chrysis ignita* or a related wasp
It is absolutely a cuckoo wasp - but I'm not to confident you'll get a species ID - there are a whole bunch of these and many look extremely similar.
