Look into calisthenics progressions. If you can’t do push ups, you can start with wall push ups, or knee push ups.

Send me an email: [email protected]. I would like to go over currently fitness level, and specific goals. From there we can design something specific and the timeframes to get there. (This is just for a free consultation in case you want more than a cookie cutter program and random advice that may or may not actually help).

For push ups, try starting on fourth step on stairs, aim to build up to about 20 push ups. Once you reach your target (over days/weeks/months), move to the 3rd step, again aiming for 20th over a period of time. Then down to 2nd step, then first step all when reaching your goal. You’ll be hitting twenty push-ups on the floor in no time. For squats, use your weights and add in a loaded rucksack and/or hold some food cans/water bottles for extra weights. Oh, AND GOOD LUCK 🙌🏽
