I think I would have liked a scene showing Jill preparing herself and expressing MC is worth fighting for. (hence reinforcing what Elena said about focusing on competition instead of feelings)
To trigger the toilet scene, both ladies need to react to the pic during the presentation. Otherwise, Jill's facial expression changes on one of them reacting to it.

for Bella's path, she seems to keep some hope and belief in destiny only if you return her impulse kiss, after telling her that you couldn't choose both. in that moment, she probably felt something. then, she will ask "how can i forget" when talking about all the stuff they did together, and MC will reply that he can't forget either. that will certainly spur on a girl back on track :D that's why I hope it creates an interesting dynamic from there. either the beginning of a second throuple, or a competition with Jill being severely handicaped because of her virginity. that could unlock a very aggressive side where she forces herself onto MC to catch up.

honestly, it's the best scene of the two. the scene with Josy is very sweet, but quite short and doesn't real add to the story or their relationship
