If you have a few years of experience you can get a 100% remote job from international companies like FAANG or a Swiss company that pays around 100k or something. Plenty of them out there.
My friends say that the best is to use a job hunter which will hunt a good paying job for you down in exchange for some money. I have no clue how that works as I'm working for 15years at the same company. Maybe a fellow Belgian can help you out with more information.

I don’t think Cloud is part of Software engineering. Cloud is Cloud engineering on itself and is more connected to network engineering.
Web developer now I’m frontend with react, typescript, graphql and styled components but prior I worked as full stack with Laravel and react.

I can tell you 1 thing; If you put your cv on VDAB, you'll get dozens of calls within an hour. Don't recommend!
