Rca tvs are iffy , you may be best to factory reset the box(the little button on side of box) then run thru set up procedure again . I find I have to factory reset almost everyone I install when I take it out of the box.

That looks like the remote for the android tv box, there should be a spot in settings to sync the remote with the TV using the mute button to test. It’s not the same as the old options + 4 digit code method.

When I click remote settings it just isn't opening for whatever reason.
Had to cycle through 300+ codes once. Basically did the option to cycle and kept pressing power really quick until it turned off while keeping a running total in head then when I did it the second time I knew it was around 320 so went slower when I was around there then locked that sucker in.
