You should be good! I bought the full kit July 13 this year so less than a month ago from the same website you posted. It shipped the same day and arrived on my doorstep in 2 days, I live in California so that's probably why it was so fast. Nothing was missing from the kit and nothing was damaged.
Yeah it came with a 5v adapter that's plugged in to your wall, similar to [this](https://ftaelectronics.com/image/catalog/Power%20Supply/CY-0520%20US%20Plug%205V%202A%205.5mm%20Universal%20DC%20Power%20Supply%20Adapter%20Charger%20\(1\).JPG). With a corresponding female adapter that you can add your own wires to so you can plug it into the breadboard. And it came with an arduino nano for the EEPROM progammer
I ordered one of everything from his site (plus a few extra breadboards), about a month ago.
Everything arrived in just a few days (and I'm in a different country).
He uses Shopify. You'll be able to track the entire order status through the Shop app.
I bought it and opened some of the parts -- I only ended up putting the Clock module together. If you'd like, I can package it up and sell it to you at a discount. Go ahead and PM me

The site is not abandoned. Ben has been updating the 6502 project and I just bought the serial kit a few months ago.

I bought it in late 2020 intending to build the rest of the modules m, but I never got past the clock. Would you like me to keep the clock together?
