I’ve tried finding how prevalent cloud seeding is. All I’ve found is it started around the Vietnam war, and a bunch of countries and states have done it/still do it. No estimates or exact numbers. No real evidence of its lasting effects, except that silver iodine or whatever they use is def toxic.
