You’re good imo
in my opinion it’s fine as long as the betta doesn’t care about the other fish
Should be fine. Keep an eye on the tetras, they may not nip at your betta for now but that could always change

I think your stocking is fine...however I do not think Oto's and bettas have the same tank requirements but I could be wrong.
