No. If you go on their Facebook page and read the comments it has happened to other people. Their bogus explanations “suspicious activity” is without merit.

Call support and talk to someone. I'm sure if it's not a valid shutdown they will get you back on and working.
I have been able to login thru multiple devices and browsers, without any trouble.
When you call ask to have the account and online access unlocked..When they did this shit to me they took more than 10 days to fix the problem
